Hot breakfast is hot coffee. Room was pretty nasty. There were stains on the carpet that looked like blood and the tables were dirty. I had to clean the surfaces before putting anything down. Location does not feel very safe. I've stayed at La Quinta a lot before but this is one of the worst ones I've been and I won't be coming back to this particular location.

I wish I could put negative stars. This place is deceiving. May be a good fit if you are looking for a place to leave with some sort of infection. I would rather stay at motel 6. For the price this place charges, there is no way. Booked three nights, stayed in the room for 15 minutes and tried to cancel. The front desk was helpless, refused to give me a full refund. Filed AMEX dispute. This place is the worst, and the attitude of the front desk is even nastier than the hotel itself.

Not one of my best experiences getting a room. I was traveling with 2 small dogs and the person at the front desk didn't know if I was allowed to have them in the room with me or not. After several phone calls (one anonymously to another La Quinta) not only did she discover the policy for pets at the hotel but she went home a little smarter that night.

You get what you pay for. At least no bed bugs were foundor at least visable that is. The place is dingy. The towels smelled like smoke in the NON SMOKING room. The air conditioner was not working well the refrigerator was too cold. Sadly we found out the hard way when our sodas were African in the morning. The pool was the best part of the stay. I would sadly stay again for the price only. The breakfast was not the best but you can't go wrong with cereal.

Nice clean rooms. But the other guests ruined any good impression. Several set up chairs in the walkways and carried on late into the night, music blaring. Other rooms nearby were also loud. TVs and music thudding through the walls. Hotel staff seemed inexperienced or exhausted. Parking on the weekends was problematic. I understand some of these issues are outside of what La Quinta can control. But a little more awareness if what’s going on beyond the front desk would do a lot to improve the place.

Terrible hotel. I am a la quinta customer for 13 years and have never been in a la quinta this bad. The room feels humid and smells like mold and old carpets. The bed makes me itch. Stepping out of the room the ground Inclines 15 degrees. The entry door to lobby is dirty dull of bugs. The skirts of the bed are stained and so is the floor, and there is glitter all over the floor and chairs. Is this hotel used for sexual encounters?

Good enough room for the price. AC is somewhat quiet, bed comfortable, big bathroom, nice TV with a good selection of channels. Wifi connection is stable and the speed is adequate.

No fridge but a full ironing set.

This room, 212 is in the back, seems quiet enough, cant really hear the interstate traffic.

Front desk staff very professional, quick check in and even a phone call to my room to check that everything was to my liking. Now that's a first.

The maids are so generous & clean the room for u everyday to their very best ability. The whole entire staff is pretty nice & stores are walking distance. Only thing is they dont come with microwaves or fridges & they only have drinking vending machines not food machines.

Super comfortable beds. Water too hot in sink. Housekeeping and maintenance very nice and professional. Front desk somewhat rude.

This places is nothing like the pictures online. When we tried to check at 430 our room still was not ready. When we finely got into our room the floors were stained. When we went to bed there was dirt under the covers. The beds were also very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. We were very disappointed in our stay and are very upset that the photos on the website did not represent the actual appearance. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Since I posted this review the manager called me and apologised for my bad experience and said she would look into my complaints. This showed me that they are trying to improve and I consider this hotel again.

Couldn't ask for more helpful and courteous staff. We needed immediate check-in not 7 hours later (norm is 3 pm). Not only did we get in upon arrival but we were able to upgrade to suite for great price. Suite is HUGE with king size bed in separate bedroom. Living room had 2 chairs and loveseat as well as small table for dining next to mini-kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. AC works too well and there are no real blankets on bed but thermostat is quickly responsive and in TX heat too much AC is a plus really. Excellent. Highly recommend it.

The outside needed updates. The pool was a tint of green. The room itself was decent, clean. When checking the mattresses for bedbugs (found none) the mattresses were stained and dirty. There was quite a commotion late into the night, music and children screaming which made it difficult tio sleep. Breakfast was very minimum but decent, could have used stronger coffee 😉. Parking was limited so we had to carry our bags across the lot, not a big deal for hubby but I would have liked closer parking.Overall decent for price.

It's old not updated. The bathroom in our room was stocked but you could see sprinkles on the floor around the toilet. Not enough fresh fruit during breakfast. At least the staff was nice and friendly.

In town for ROT RALLY. Room assigned was for handicapped. It was bare minimum (stayed in much nicer for much less) but cool and a place to rest our heads. Got back in around 11 p.m. Due to all other parking spaces being taken I stuck the bike in a handicapped spot as there were about 6 of those available. Got in the room only to find the AC not working. Received a phone call from the front desk after midnight (that woke my wife and I) advising that I either move the motorcycle or it would be towed. So I got dressed and went to the front desk. When I questioned the night manager about his ludicrous decision and asked him where I should park he just shrugged his shoulders. I eventually found a dark spot in the rear of the parking lot. Obviously, he was expecting a contingent of handicapped persons arriving after midnight (sarcasm).
Got up this morning and noted 2 vehicles (trucks) without handicapped stickers parked in designated handicapped spots.
Something is definitely awry here in the way certain guests (bikers) are treated at this establishment.

Had a great stay. Back parking lot could use more lighting. Several choices for breakfast. Clean linen. Everything worked fine. Bed was a bit firm for my liking but slept well in any case. Nice well deserved break.
