Nice view.
For a "resort" the beds are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. The tile on the floor stayed wet our entire stay making it slick. Had to wobble around the room so we couldn't fall. They charge a security deposit every Friday. So if you check in on Sunday and stay until the following saturday you pay TWO deposits. And after paying our second one a dm housekeeper STILL walked in on me changing clothes because we were listed as checked out. Not to mention we were locked out of our rooms until the second deposit was made. Good thing we had our wallets huh?
Oh and I didn't see it, but the hubby swears he saw a roach go under the fridge.response / report this review -

Love, love, love Panama City Beach Resort and Club! Great family atmosphere, always clean, right on the beach. We especially like the fact that it is small and not a high rise. The staff is great.

Aside from the bountiful rules provided in the handbook, it's quite the nice, cozy resort. Close to the beach, the shops, and the restaurants. Also hasn't changed one bit in the last seven years, both a good and bad thing.

Worst dated rooms! Used RCI points for an exchange and this place shouldn't be included in the RCI listing. It has no elevators and they told us that they had a handicapped room for us and when we got here they gave us a room on the first floor without a view to the beach and no true access for the handicapped. They basically lied on the phone and once you get here they treat you like dirt. Bad front desk staff and management. Rooms and furniture had mildew. Only good housekeeping staff. Biggest nightmare in my life. Would never come back!!

Great place, been staying here for years now. Recent construction on the beach is ongoing 24/7 right now. So we are having to stick to the pool.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the wait staff was friendly, the view was great. I wish it had been a little less expensive but I also feel like I got what I paid for. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Room had mold, we had concerns of past bed bug issues. Room was still dirty from previous people, food and sand was still on the floor. Only thing clean was the bathtub. I will not be staying here again. We literally had to dust off the pull out couch from dirt, hair etc, Sheets were like sleeping on sand paper. I took them off they looked so dirty and re washed them. Housekeeping isn't doing a good job at all. Room 308 needs updated and new everything. Our bed was so broke down it had indentions where people slept. Under the mattress was a piece of plywood. Will not be returning.

This is a very old property. Rooms on second floor and up have a nice view of the beach/ocean. There is a pool and jacuzzi. There is a laundry room. At full capacity, it looks like they would have a parking issue. There is direct access to the beach. The property is very close to Pier Park.
