Outgoing and accommodating staff. Beautiful location and beach. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished with just about everything you need. Just bring yourself and food On site management and staff very friendly, professional and outgoing. Will definitely return in the future.

This was a great place to stay for vacation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! They have movies u can rent from the front desk for a night in. Also they pull out the movie projector some nights for a movie so the guest of the hotel can watch on the beach. The villas are loaded with everything u need. They do not clean the rooms for you. You are expected to maintain things yourself, which i am happy about.

Great location, great beaches. The hotel is a little dated, but they are doing a good job trying to upgrade. I can't wait to stay here again.

I booked a reservation, I am a spire member, and due to an emergency I was not able to arrive on the morning at 5:30 AM April 30th . On arrival , the place was closed , no one was at the front desk, I waited until security came, he handed me the keys and informed me that he can't help me with anything else until somebody came in later.

At 7 AM I contacted Erin at the front desk, and humbly requesting a late checkout, and explain to her that I drove 15 hours from Texas, I need the rest and that I am Spire member ,therefore possibly accommodate me , by giving me a 1 PM check out.
She immediately informed me, that she will not be able to do so! Thereafter, I asked her for the manager, in which she stated, she's not available but she will contact her, thereafter she called me back and told me that she spoke to the manager (Aly) and she will NOT allow a late check out till 1 PM . I humbly asked to make an exception, since I have had surgery on my back and the drive was long , I am in severe pain , also to consider the extreme circumstances , the fact that we came at 5:30 AM! she refused and said we will not be able to accommodate you!

As a member of IHG , loyal customer to IHG I'm expecting better service, and therefore since I will not be on the property for more than five hours, and my spire status was not honored, I would like to request a refund for this stay.
I am a loyal holiday inn customer , who have stayed at the IHG property in the last 90 days for a minimum of 15 stays if not more . I expect a little common courtesy!

Furthermore, this is not how a loyal guest should be treated in exchange for his loyalty!
I will check out as directed at noon, but I will not patronize this location again, and I will recommend the others don't as well

It is truly sad, that an exception is not made for a guest that is loyal to IHG Brand.

Wow, this was an amazing hotel and I was very disappointed we only had one night here. I really wanted to stay longer. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and airy. The balcony overlooked the beach and hotel hot tub and pool. I had a lovely swim at the beach just steps away, and I enjoyed watching our son play in the sand. Price was really great for what we got. This place would be ideal for a longer stay with a full kitchen.

Our family vacation trip was the best trip ever. On this trip my husband and I were married right there on the beach behind the resort. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless and we had every amenity that we needed. The only mix up that we had when we arrived is that we thought we had booked 2 two bedroom rooms. A little disappointed but it was not enough to ruin our mood. We made the best out of it. The location was great - we were near everything. Our bedroom also faced the ocean/beach which was GREAT!!! It is a nice place to relax and enjoy life. Keep up the good work!
