Sales department here is top notch. I had a very specific list of wants in a Grand Cherokee and Doug managed to find exactly what I wanted and had it delivered to Toledo in a matter of days. See him and he'll take great care of you. Parts department is another matter all together. I waited weeks for aftermarket parts and when I was finally told they had arrived and dropped the vehicle off for installation they mysteriously disappeared from inventory. At least their shuttle driver was a great fellow to chat with while he ran me home and back.

The car buying experience was super easy here and it wasn't long before we were in the car we chose, so I would recommend based on that. The reason for the 3 stars is we were told there was a second key fob for the car. The salesman told us he would have his co-workers help look for it over the next week and if they couldn't find it, he would make sure he got another one for us. It's been 2.5 weeks and my husband and I have called multiple times but get no calls back and keep getting sent to voicemail. It's a bit frustrating and I hope we can get this figured out soon because without that problem, I would change the rating to a 5. It's just left us feeling like once they get the money, customer service ends 😕

Took our 2016 Dodge Journey to Grogan's for repairs after an accident. First off, it took them just shy of two weeks to assess the damage and quote our insurance company for repairs. They were horrible about returning phone calls and communicating in general. It took them about 3 weeks to complete the necessary repairs which is reasonable due to the extensive front end damage from the accident. The woman working in the body shop was extremely rude and impatient when she called us to pick up our vehicle. After we picked up the vehicle, my wife noticed a plastic panel along the bottom driver's side that was removed to make repairs. The panel was barely attached to the vehicle and about to fall off. The passengers side visor was loose and not properly installed. In addition, the vehicle overheated on our way home. We returned the vehicle to the shop to make necessary repairs.again having to deal with the rude and impatient woman who answers their phones. They made the repairs and we picked up the vehicle for the second time. The very next day, we go to start the vehicle and the entire thing shakes and rumbles and the engine light comes on. Called them back the next day and were told that the recent claim did not cover "Engine Repairs". This vehicle was only a year old at the time of the repairs and had NO issues prior to the accident. I understand that after an accident a vehicle is never the same but at the very least provide quality work and friendly service. So its safe to say I will NOT have service done or do any business with Grogan's after this incident. There are several competent Dealers/Service Shops in the Toledo area and I recommend using any one of them as opposed to Grogan's Towne. I would give them zero stars if I could. BEWARE!

We were shopping for a used car for our teenage son. My initial contact with Grogan's Town was with John Baertschi to ask about pictures of a car they had just taken into inventory. He found the car and sent me pictures with his cell phone the same day! I knew this level of service would make for a smooth transaction so even though that car wasn't the one we ultimately purchased we decided to make the drive to Grogan's Town to shop there other inventory. My son found a car that he loved and the price was unbeatable by any other dealerships we shopped. If you are looking for a car, check out Grogan's Town and ask tow work with John Baertschi, you won't be disappointed.

My family has been coming to Grogan’s Towne for YEARS. Every one of our cars has been purchased here. We always have all of our service done here as well, and we are never disappointed. This was my husband’s first experience buying a car and it went very well. We had found a used car that we really liked on their website, and later that same day we decided to go and check it out. We had John Byrne help us, and he did a wondeful job. He was very relaxed and patient with us. He explained everything to us and helped us make the right decisions for us. The test drive went really well and we fell in love with the car immediately. Upon returning, they had our paperwork all ready to go.
We were then sent over to one of the people who worked in the finance office. Bre helped us out and went over all of the paperwork very well. She explained everything and made sure that we understood what we were signing.
After finishing up paperwork, we waited for the car to come back from the detail department. John offered to put gas in for us, which we happily accepted seeing as the tank was almost empty. Once he returned the car looked awesome and you could barely tell it was used. To our surprise he filled it up to 3/4 tank which was very much appreciated.
Overall, the whole process was incredibly simplified and not as daunting as we had previously expected. We are so glad that we decided to do business with Grogan’s Towne again!

Amazing service!! I drove a decent distance after getting off work for an oil change. I was told by a representative on the phone that the service department would take me until 6 pm. When I arrived at 5:40, I was told that they quit taking in oil changes at 5:30. While I understood, I was still disappointed since I drove a decent distance and wasn't informed when I called. Brad from the service lane then presented me with a free synthetic oil change for my troubles even though it wasn't his fault! The staff is friendly, especially Brad! Thanks for making it right!!

I have never been so disappointed with my car service. I was involved in a collision and thought they would be my best option for getting quality repair work. They had my car for an entire month for work that shouldn't have taken nearly that long.
I got my car back and it wasn't fixed. The doors wouldn't lock and it said the key was stuck in the ignition. I brought it right back to them and they said it would be done that night. The call me the next day and said it was a simple fix and is all set.
I had the car for 2 days and then the battery died, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road. After about 20 min, I was able to get it started and to the dealership.
I asked if there was anything they could do and they said no, sorry, the service department is closed until Monday. The manager refused to talk to me.
They left me stranded outside their dealership with a car that won't start and no way to get home or get to work for 2 days. Because they still haven't fixed my car. Here's to hoping 3rd times the charm.

My experience with this dealership was far below professional. I took a recall in for airbag repair and when I returned to pick up the vehicle the airbag cover was not properly fitted down on top of the airbag. I was told first by the representative a part on the airbag was broken during the repair. Marc Nowacki mgr supposedly, was transferred the call and as I expressed to the rep who was rude I didn't want the car back until the cover was properly fitted. Both kept saying it was just cosmetic. I don't trust Mark, he said I just need to get you out of my rental car. I was also told they don't know when or if they can get the part to replace the one they broke. I was surprised because they were so nice when I took the car I had no doubt it would be fixed properly and if not it would have been handled differently.

We worked with Mo Rammuny who was a perfect example of how you want to be treated by a salesman. He was courteous to both me and my wife, and did what he could to get us in the vehicle that we felt comfortable with. After making our decision, he made sure to get the process moving smoothly and efficiently, as he knows most parents out there don't have time to waste on watching someone push a pencil. As promised, when I came to pick up the vehicle, he had all the paperwork ready to go, and the titling process went very quickly. He let us know that the vehicle we had purchased was so new on the lot, that not all the body work had been fixed (3 small issues). He has been excellent at contacting me via email on updates as to where the car is during the process, and is even having our car delivered. If I had to endorse Mo on one thing, it would be understanding the concept of "follow-thru". He did exactly what he said he would, and I never felt like I had to wait for him to do a "oops, you know what I forgot" moment.

We have later since discovered that the vehicle we had purchased actually had been in several small accidents that led to other issues with paint peeling, cracking, and letters falling off the rear.

We returned recently to give them a second chance, driving a little over an hour, to view a newer model van. We were told it was a very clean van, well taken care of. What we found was a vehicle dirtier than ours, french fries in the back, assorted trash under the seats, and a head liner that was filthy beyond the scope of cleaning. Clearly, nobody took any real time to clean the car beyond wiping the stearing wheel.

Our family will not return, no matter how good the deal seems to be.

Jon Hainer helped me pick out my new jeep wrangler. It took the time to show me a few different models and helped me find the one that would be best suited for me. He was a wonderful guy to work with! My family has leased a few cars from here now and have been completely satisfied.

The staff at this location is by far the most ignorant incompetent group of individuals I have ever come across! I call because they forge something on my behalf and the guy says "yeah that sounds weird" then transfers me to a voicemail. I call back only to get the front desk of another dummy when I ask to speak to a supervisor she says of what and transfers me to another VM! The guys at the used lot are really nice but you still have to deal with this location and it's honestly not worth the head ache and ignorance! Now I'll have to make a trip across town to speak to these dumb asses in person since they can't compared anything past hello
