Wonderful experience! Tyler took great care of me and helped me find a great car. So happy with my 2017 Accord Sport. Everyone that was involved even Ashley in financing was great. Will definitely purchase from Lindsay Honda again.

We had a great experience at Lindsey Honda. Everyone form our sales person to the sales manager to the finance person we’re very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My sales representative Tyler was very informative and patient in explaining general inquiries that I had, and helpful in working through a few negotiations. Tyler (in finance) was also very understanding and helpful. At no point was I pressured into any "extras" and everything was always presented and explained up frontnothing was being hidden or buried within the details (unlike some other dealerships I've dealt with). Overall a great and smooth experience.

Ok, so I did purchase a car. The thing is the customer service was horrible. I had 2 very pushy salesmen. I also felt very rushed. I was mistaken as a man(my husband) over the phone. As I sat in the parking lot with my purchased car; which was never even pulled up for me-out of the rain, I called my saleman who didn't even properly or professional answer his phone, asked where the mats were? He stated that used cars don't come with them, mind you its a 2014? We have never been treated this bad in a car buying situation. Also I was told that a used vehicle wasn't aloud to have the tank filled? I don't like having to be rushed and hope the managers (who didn't call me back) will take a course in customer service and integrity. If your buying I wish you good luck with Lindsey Honda I hope you get better customer service than we did.

Jeissy Rodriguez was amazing to work with, and really put in the extra effort to get me exactly what I wanted, and even helped me figure out what it is that I wanted! Low pressure sales, with a group of people who really want to help you find the perfect car. If I am reviewing the whole experience, I just want to give a thank you to the entire finance department Rd they fix

Salesperson, Bruce, was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Manager was gracious and helpful. Financial manager, Pete, explained everything and offered me many options. I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic even though he is clear across town. They made it possible to leave in my new car, and let me come back after hours to pick up my old car. The only negative I have is the process takes so long. I was there at 12:30 and left a little after 7 (that included the slightly over 2 hours it took me to go to the mechanic). As someone who HATES car shopping this was a good experience. I felt that I was buying a great car from good people. What more can you ask?

Car shopping without the stigma of a "used car salesman". My wife and I did our homework and knew what we were looking for as well as price. I personally hate shopping for vehicles, but over all I would give my experience here a 8.8/10. Tyler Woodall was my sales rep and he was straight and to the point which I appreciate, he was educational without being pushy. The only thing I would say they could improve on is speed of moving you along the process, from beginning to end the whole process took over three hours, and we did not waste much time haggling or looking for a great interest rate. Again, overall I would highly advise Lindsay Honda to anyone looking for a fair deal on good vehicles.

I had a positive experience with Ashley as my salesperson. I didn't experience any pushy sales pitch and was grest to communicate with not too much not too little. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of staff from the finanace department.

Pushy sales people, drove me around the lot 4 times showing me cars that I said I wasn't really interested in. Wanted a hatchback but kept showing me SUVs and then got pushy to make sure I stay and meet the manager who came off pretty grimey. Would not recommend, ended up buying from a place in Dublin.

    Absolutely a do not shop.
Emailed back and forth with a representative online. Then received a call from one of their sales reps asking when I could come in. I told them I had a very busy work schedule and while I wanted to try to come by tonight that I wasn't sure and that I'd be in sometime in the next few days for sure.
I proceeded to get two more calls that day from other sales reps in their office asking when I was coming in.
I emailed my sales rep to stop the calls.
    This isn't the worst part.
I go to the dealership and mention to the sales rep (jeissey) that there are two cars I'm interested in and provided him stock numbers. He couldn't find them (turns out he didn't know how to look up by the stock number someone later did).
He find them and instantly says "oh that one was sold" "oh and that was was stolen" and immediately pressured me into other cars at higher prices.
He informs me that the one car was stolen months ago but stays on their website

I left there and emailed the sales rep I was working with. She informs me that they do have the cars they are just at a different lot. I went to the other lot, very nice girl there helped me and she too then told me they don't have those cars. One was sold and the other stolen.

I mean- tell me this doesn't scream hustle to you. Have cars advertised at great deals. You show up. They don't have them and pressure you into other cars?
No thanks- not now- not ever. Walked across the street and bought a car from another dealership that day.
Lindsay missed business from an actual buyer that day.
