Near perfect experience. Good communication prior to arrival with Ed. It was clear exactly what was available and it would be ready when we got there. We are over 90 minutes away and went to Hatfield to try out a very limited Touareg TDI after work on short notice. It turned into a late evening and not once did anyone seem to rush through the sale. They were able to prep and detail later into the evening and night to let us take it home. I don't like to put people out for an unexpected late night like that, but was thoroughly impressed with how they handled the circumstances. Ed, Matt and Clayton really took care of us. No complaints from us. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Hatfield in the future!

Very professional and personal from both sales and finance. Greatly appreciated the enthusiasm they put forth in helping to surprise my daughter with her car. They had a nice selection of quality vehicles to choose from and would recommend Hatfield Volkswagen.

Update:
My visit for an oil change and annual service went well. The waiting area is comfortable, and there are snacks, drinks and free wifi. Everything is spotlessly clean, even the area where they work on the cars. And there are service discount coupons on their website.
As I was paying, I said I was going to nearby Darby Creek MetroPark, and Service Manager Brad North told me the location of his favorite trails. It was a part of the park I hadn’t explored before, and it was lovely. It’s worth the drive across town for such great service and helpful folks.

I am a happy new customer at Hatfield Volkswagen’s service department. From my first phone call, Service Lane Manager Brad North has been helpful, knowledgeable and gone out of his way to make sure I had a good experience.
My husband and I live on the east side, but the service department at the dealership nearby has not lived up to our expectations. We had done some car shopping at Hatfield, so when I decided Ito find a new dealer to service my 2017 Golf, I remembered our good experience at Hatfield.
Their service department installed door edge guards and replaced a front center console compartment. They did excellent work and Brad was great to deal with. Definitely worth driving across town!response / report this review -

I loved dealing with Hatfield VW. Adam was great! He was persuasive, but not pushy. Adam kept in touch with me, but didn't "bug" me. Hatfield was willing to work with me, as I had a tight budget.
I love my new 2016 Beetle!
Service department at Hatfield VW was great! They finished working on my Beetle in the time frame they gave me and took the time to explain all that was done to my car.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had previously contacted Seth and he had everything ready for me when I walked in and was in and out in under an hour and a half! I cannot thank him and the staff enough for everything they did for me! Seamless process from start to finish! Thanks again!

I had an awesome first experience here! It was my first time bringing my car to be serviced by myself, so naturally I was a little nervous. However, Frannie (my lil Jetta) and I were well taken care of: Hatfield staff explained everything they'd be doing, they have a great seating area where I got some school work done, and they had us in and out in an hour and a half, which was fantastic. Frannie was dazzling from the complimentary car wash and was back to his usual happy car self, so I will most definitely come again!

Hatfield Volkswagen got me in a car and bent over backwards to make it happen. They're honest. They have integrity. They're knowledgeable about all the cars in the Hatfield family inventory, and most importantly they're kind.

The folks at Hatfield Volkswagen are fantastic!! They took great care of me after a very horrible trip to a different dealership. Their pricing is very fair and the staff is second to none. My sales guy was Seth and he is very personable and helpful! He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and discussed options with me. The rest of the staff was very nice as well, seeing as I kept them all there till 9:30 on a Saturday. They all still had smiles on their faces and even laughed at my lame jokes. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a new Volkswagen (and why wouldn't you be, these cars are awesome!) or a used car, make Hatfield your first and only stop!

This dealership has changed tremendously over the past few years. My wife bought a used car from here in 2011 and it was a lemon. We fought for years just to get it fixed. I went a few days ago just to look around and the experience was great. Friendly managers and sales staff. I would buy a car from this dealership now.

I recently purchased a 2017 Golf from Hatfield. I hadn't purchased a new car in about 20 years. I knew, of course, that buying a car has changed in those 20 years. I thought the sales and finance team at Hatfield did a great job of seeing me through the "new", new car buying experience. Ron and Matt were respectful, understood my needs, and answered my questions thoroughly.

From the moment we entered the dealership everyone was very friendly and helpful. The manager even remember me from two other previous purchases along time ago. Would absolutely recommend this dealership. The sales person was very informative along with the finance manager. We love our bug!

The service center always listens to any issues or concerns and they give me reasonable timeframes and costs for the inspection and repair (if needed). The employees are friendly, the waiting area offers free drinks and snacks, and the shuttle service is useful for catching a ride to nearby restaurants or stores. There is a VW dealership closer to my home, but I always go to Hatfield because my experiences at have been outstanding! Highly recommended.
