Location was great, as it was located near a shopping plaza with a lot of dining and entertainment options. The room I booked was a little small but since I was only there for a night it didn't bother me as much. Showers were really small though.

Stay away from Room #4. Could not sleep for more than an hour at a time because the mattress was lumpy and the springs were shot. Our heads sank.
Since sleeping is key, I cannot rate this place higher than a 2. It would have been a 1, except I think they are trying. Nice to have an in room refrigerator, but it would have been better if it actually got cold. Ours barely got below room temperature.
Finally, this is a difficult place to get to unless you are traveling south on Wolf Rd. Otherwise, you have to go north on Wolf Rd until you can turn around. This is not the owner's fault, so I don't hold them responsible.response / report this review -

The room was great. Very clean and fresh. The AC worked great. Despite the busy highway right next door it was quiet. The front desk staff was extremely friendly.

Smoke-free room had a slight smoke smell to it. Bed was very soft. Room was small but adequate. Conveniently close to Route 87. Continental breakfast had waffle maker, which was delicious. Good coffee.

While this place isn't the most elegant and YES sometimes housekeeping could be improved. I am giving them a 4 star review because they allowed my cat and dog to stay with me as I transitioned from one apartment to the next. They are affordable, accept AAA for an additional discount and everyone has been exceptionally friendly and also respectful. Thank you so much for everything. Side note: real orange juice instead of sunny D for breakfast would also be a good upgrade.

This location is a amazing deal. It is a complete five star business and hotel. The rooms are nice and especially well-kept, the beds are comfortable. I am impressed by the quality of the hotel and furthermore even more impressed by the cost. I highly recommend it. This was the perfect layover stop for my trip and I will be returning to this location in the future. I have never encountered a better deal and a nicer Hotel.

The room I stayed in was beautiful In the simplest of ways. Ground floor room nothing special not a suite or anything. But the cleanliness and the detail to the room. From the wood flooring to the color and design. To the furniture beds and appliances. Idk if this is a new hotel or if they just recently remodeled or what but that plus the friendliest staff and the location. Near all the local bars and stores and shopping mall. Ugh. I loved it. I'll be returning there.

I don't like to ever give a bad review, most times I wouldn't rather say nothing because peoples opinion vary, but this was not good. The front desk girl was very nice and polite, but the room was very substandard.the room was so small that it was claustrophobic to be in thereA small path on each side of the bed and then there was the bathroom. Which was not really clean, the tub was dirty, and repainted around the drain to mask any rust or wear and tear. There was dirt n grime also around the bathroom sink drain. The tub was also miniature sized(didn't know they made half sizes). The furniture in the room looked like it was picked up on curb side, it was scratched, nicked and beat up, horribly. The curtain barely fit the window and it was falling off on one corner, I had to pull it back and forth a couple times to get it to cover most of the window. They didnt even have an emergency escape route map posted anywhere either, which I believe is a major code violation. and on top of it all I asked for a room that was away from the road, that was somewhat quiet and they put me facing the intersection of both the main road and the highway entrance so it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I didn't want to write this but really think they should do something about it. However, they did offer a newspaper and a small continental breakfast in the lobby, which was nice of them. As for me, I believe I will be staying elsewhere next time.

I was super disappointed in this place, their location in Latham is much nicer. I chose this one due to its location and proximity to work since there was a storm coming in. The front desk person was very rude and they did a horrible job cleaning up snow, there was literally a foot of snow piled up against our door, matter less the sidewalks and parking lot
