Room and bathroom we're clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and the price was good. All around a nice stay.

The pool was out of service with no notification on the website. The room we were assigned to was in the part of the hallway that was blocked off. When voicing my displeasure the front desk offered to make a reservation for me at another Hotel instead of accommodating me to my satisfaction which I might add was 100% guaranteed acording to the sign on the hotel sliding glass lobby doors. There was hair all over the bathroom and the walls of our room were clearly suffering from water damage.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds and its clean. Friendly staff.

If you're looking to excercise, only thing is some treadmills so disappointed there.

Pool is closed in November. Dont know about other months.

Place is great and the manger is very curteous and most of the staff is friendly professional and polite. For NYS Trooper candidates they're very reasonable with prices.

PROS: Prompt check-in. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that make you feel they are glad to have you as a guest. Prompt response for requests for extra towels and pillows. They opened breakfast service early for us as most were going to a convention in the morning. Discount coupons for local dining. Quiet. Pool and small exercise room. Beds were really comfortable and they had good pillows. Fridge (no freezer) coffeemaker, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Nice lighting and long counter in bathroom. Rooms VERY clean. Cons: although clean, the bathroom fixtures were old and the tub appeared stained even after cleaning. But I would definitely recommend them based on all the pros.

Great location. Across from UAlbany. Can walk over on a nice day. Rooms clean and check in was quick. 10 minute drive to downtown Albany.

Great location off the highway. Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room was your standard Mariott room; very clean and lots of space. Would definitely come here again.

Booked the room with reward points at the last minute because of a snow storm. Check in was great and bed was warm and comfy after a long rough day of driving. Front desk person was helpful. Breakfast was typically gross and so I settled for juice and boiled eggs as opposed to the dry powder eggs they offered. I would stay here again if I needed to in a pinch.

I used this hotel for a business matter for a family member, (an overnight trip 2/17-2/18), but much to my dismay I got very ill once I arrived. The next day I was unable to drive, so the hotel staff arranged a taxi quickly and efficiently for my family members meeting. They then allowed me a late check out to help me get back on my feet. The staff was very helpful to me and I do greatly appreciate the help I was given. The hotel area was very clean as was the room. Very reasonable rates also. Again thank you to all the staff.
