Being my first time buying a car ever.. An was very excited I was approve for a New car.. I got a 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ. Took me almost 3 weeks to get this car and many many trips down there . I love the car.. but after viewing an really looking at after the weather broke finally.. Not knowing about somethings I think I got token.. $5,000 I put down they told the bank I had some figures on there that I don't even have they wanted me to lie to the bank an why wouldn't a 2016 come with a warranty he told me he can't give me one an why wouldn't tags an plates be in the deal he told me they couldn't put it but they send me a bill an the tags not even on my birthday.. told them nothing happens. Bc they lie to the bank so they can make this deal I wish I wasn't so dumb when it comes to things like this.. Not Happy!! Told I was paying one price then come to find out I paid $40,000 an with $5,000 down that leaves me $24,000 something! Something isn't adding up bc my contact says $40,000..

I enjoyed the experience of working with Alex & Frank. I feel we made a satisfactory trade , they settled the deal quickly with a good interest rate on our loan. When we got home we found a head light out. We called them they came picked up the car, left a loaner for us and returned all repaired that day.
