I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change and asked them to check a leaky tire last week. We marked the tires prior to service and they were NOT rotated but took my money. The tire continued to leak, I returned later that week and they changed the oil again and rotated the tires and said they checked the leaky tirefine. Today my tire was down to 16lbs and I returned, they found the leak and said they could not repair it, I needed a new tire! I went to Brogan Tire in Lansing and in 15 minutes and $20's later I had a lifetime warranty on the PATCHED tire! I stopped back by the service department to let them know and the attendant just laughed and said sorry..What a shame since I like to do business locally but prefer honesty overall!

Do not do business with them!! The salesman offered a vehicle to me for $20,000 in writing via e-mail. 3 hours later he said it was a mistake and that it should've been $21,000. I accepted the $20,000 offer and was told no it should've been for $21,000 and while I had a deposit on the vehicle and notified the used car manager of what was going on, they sold the vehicle out from underneath me and would not honor their offer. It's not my fault they didn't pay attention to what they were writing before they hit send. Don't let this happen to you!!!

Sawyers Chevy took care of me! I bought a used car from Rick Lazarus earlier this year and took it in for some maintenance work. There were a couple things wrong with it that I didn't know about and they worked with me to get them fixed. They gave me a loaner car as it took longer than expected. As part of the oil change, I was given a safety inspection. Part of this included washer fluid and washer spray. Neither of these were working. The washer fluid was completely empty and therefore nothing would spray out. This was NOT refilled as part of the oil change and was checked as green on the safety inspection. I will NEVER go back to the dealership because they can NOT be trusted. It would have cost $2.00 in fluid but I guess it wasn't worth their time nor my actual safety since they lied on the form. I can't trust them for anything else since they can't be trusted for something so small. At this point I don't even know if they REALLY did the oil change or tire rotation.

I have had the same Sales Rep for three leases now, and I couldn't be happier! Calls me before, during, and after every lease. Shows me all of my options and I have a great Cruze that I am driving now. I took in my coupon (that I saved from all that mail you get..lol) for a $50.00 test drive and I selected and received a coupon from Target! Very happy!

No pressure sell. Truly appreciate being able to call and get answers to my questions and come in and test drive without the dealership hitting my credit report.
Payment I needed was lower than cost with rebate and Rick Lazarus worked with me to get my payment where I needed to be. AWESOME buying experience. Looking forward to my first service visit next month.
