Typical used car sales staff. Friendly. Put a offer in on a pick up, they wouldn't budge on price (we were cash customer). We told them we don't borrow money and the continued with the "you can finance the difference" pitch. Just a little to expensive for me. Red flags went up when we picked the truck out we wanted to test drive. Our salesman was walking out with a battery charger. We waited an additional 20 minutes just to do a test drive. They have quality vehicles, just too pricey for me.

I had a fire under the seat of my car after the dealership worked on the seat and they nor GM will cover the repairs.

After some negotiation with the dealership they are making the condition right and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Would normally highly recommend this dealer for parts, service, and sales other than this issue I had. They have made it right which speaks volumes about their integrity.

Top notch dealership with a great service department! I have purchased 1 car, 1 pickup, and leased a mid-sized crossover whose lease is finished next July. Guess where I am going for my next auto? I plan to buy all autos for rest of my life here. Highly recommended!

Say what? ?? We went for a simple oil change, we will never go anywhere else after this phenomenal experience. No high pressure up selling, you receive educational advice. This is the best full service establishment by far! We love Shaheen!!! Also gotta toss in that Richie Schultz is your man to buy from without a doubt! Fantastical experience all the way around.

Love Shaheen! Always get more than I expect, even with a basic oil change! Very friendly and helpful!! They even will drive you home or to work AND pick you up while they work on your car!! Also the shop is impeccably clean!!

Very fast professional service while I wait in my car. All my general maintenance and tire rotation in less than a half hour. Shaheen makes it all painless. The icing on the cake is a free vacuuming and a car wash. All done on site. Wow.

I had a great experience at the Shaheen dealership. My sales man (Shire) was not pushy and was very informative, helpful and funny. As I was leaving the dealership I seen a girl I knew and recommended Shire to her right in the parking lot, and she is do to get her car by next week. Great Dealership! We have purchased vehicles from Shaheen in the past and loved our experience. We had family members travel from Indiana to Lease their first vehicle and they have better deals here in Mid Michigan than they do down south. We visited Shaheen and got lease prices and the dealership was not willing to work out any deals and were actually higher priced than other local Chevrolet dealership. The salesman actually told us to go elsewhere and get the better deal. We will no longer purchase from Shaheen. Sad to say that Shaheen lost out on two vehicle purchases that my family members made this weekend and we will not be back.
