Poor customer service and follow up. Need to redo your commercials. You do NOT guarantee financing. Once you decided you couldn't help me you discarded me. Nice guarantee.
Made to feel like family when therePatrick Shepard is a straight salesman and I enjoy working with him when I go there
Great Experience buying a new truck at Ed Koehn Ford. Tom the sales manager and Mitch the sales associate truly cared about my purchase. They made sure the vehicle I was purchasing was perfect for my needs. Tom and Mitch also made sure they took advantage of every discount and rebate available. I am proud to recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. My son is looking for a replacement vehicle and already reviewing their inventory. I highly recommend them. Thank you
I wrote a review,Tuesday and the service department that was less than glowing. I had to visit again today for the same problem, the check engine light. Today I realized that all the check engine issues are troubleshoot issues and nothing more. The service department was doing the best they could and they corrected the problem again without a penny out of my pocket. I am satisfied.
Sales staff were very good at providing what I was looking for. However the vehicle I purchased required service before I made from Greenville to Hwy. 66. This required another trip to Ed Koehn and again my vehicle required service before I reached Hwy. 66. I brought it back. This time the service dept. fixed the problem, I think. The service deptartment's attempt to cut corners cost me an entire afternoon in they're waiting area.
I went to Ed Koehn after having a bad experience with another dealership. I feel like letting them know this just set me up to be treated badly.
One big issue was that the loan officer made a joke about smoking crack. Not cool, in any conversation.
I was initially looking at a Ford Edge. They knew I liked the Chevy Equinox and got one immediately. It seemed perfect. Had a crack in the windshield - I was told they could probably get that taken care of and it all cleaned up.
When it was getting closer to signing the papers, my sales guy ended up out sick for days and I was told they weren't taking care of the windshield and needed more money down. I should have stopped there.
Even though the car seemed fine, as soon as I got it home, the check engine light came on. I took it in, the light went off, this kept happening. It finally stayed on and it ended up being on recall. Something the dealer probably, or should have, known.
The recall was covered, but I continued having issues. I felt taken advantage of in so many ways, and treated very poorly.
I contacted the owner via the email listed on the site. I heard back from the manager. I was referred to someone else. Left messages, sent emails, no response from either.
Clearly, this isn't how everyone is treated. So, why me? I'm just here letting others know. If you deal with these people, no matter how perfect the car seems, go to a mechanic and have it checked out. Also, look to see if there are recalls.
On top of that, I had my credit locked for protection, so many loans came back denied. I ended up stuck with the worst rates ever for a car I don't drive because it's always breaking after every fix. If you get denied, don't let them rush you into bad choices. Look into the reasons.
Chris Edwards and Todd Murphy gave us the best deal on a Ford Expedition. Chris was super friendly and patient answering all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable. Even after the deal was done, Todd surprised us with an additional $1100 off in rebates that we were not expecting to receive. We would recommend these guys to anyone.
I took my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr in to have my key programed. I told the guy that it came with the car, but didn't work when I got it. He told me it was $45 to program. And I even said "well, there is nothing to lose with trying".
After about 30 minutes, he comes back to get me and tells me that it was unsuccessful, but I still had to pay the $45. I was not happy with this at all, but I still did pay. I said I didn't understand why I am paying for something that didn't work, and he told me that he still has to pay his technician. But, little did he know, my brother (ASE certified master technician) worked for them in the past, and they paid him less than $10/hour. So I know they didn't have to have me pay $90/hour for an unsuccessful service. He did try to tell me that he told me beforehand that it would be the same cost no matter what, but I never heard it, and that is something that should be absolutely clear before a customer agrees to anything.
I work in the repair service for electronics, and we NEVER have a customer pay for unsuccessful repairs unless there is a VERY CLEAR prior agreement.
The worst part of this, is that I took it to another guy and he got it programed with no issues. So, it was actually technician or equipment error.
Never heard anything really bad about Ed Koehn in the past, but my first and only experience wasn't good at all. Never got my $45 back, but I hope I can warn someone before they pay their hard earned money for unsuccessful repairs.
Matt Babcock made sure I found the right vehicle for me, was not pushy at all and addressed all of my questions and concerns. All around a great experience. Will definitely be referring friends and family.
Where to start. They are the discription of shady used car sales men. Things to look out for. Always ask to see the car fax. They add to the interest of the loan. They'll tell you that some one that worked for them traded it in. They don't stand by what they say. I referred some one and was told I didn't refer them even though I was part of the loan on the second vehicle. The keys to the car I bought wouldn't open the trunk and the vehicle tore through rear tires. Another individual I know bought a used Jeep and got the same line that I did that it was traded in by an employee. It was sold as a dual top and when he went to put the soft top on the Jeep it never had the hardware installed for it and the top was used and torn. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from here.
I recently bought a vehicle from the Greenville location and couldn't be happier. Craig B. and Todd H. made the process quick and painless. They were curteous and went out of their way to assist me. Great team, thanks!
We went into car shopping very reluctantly, knowing credit scores weren't the greatest and were very skeptical about getting something that was reliable as well as affordable. Mitch made our car buying experience not only fun but fairly stress free! Bob in finance was quick on getting paperwork done and even surprised us with an extended warranty! By far the best car buying experience we've ever had! Will definitely return when in the market for another vehicle.
In all the years I've been buying cars this has been the greatest experience with a dealer in my life. Don the Finance Manager went well beyond the call of duty in making my experience unforgettable. Once Don new what I needed at exceeded my goals with putting me in a great Ford F-350. Thank you Don and Ed. You have earned my business for life!
