This hotel has fabulous staff. The location is great. Being on the strip it makes a good place to get to everything you want to do. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The whole hotel os very comfortable we enjoyed our stay greatly.

It's not fancy, but it's nice which is the kind of place you want. The front desk staff was very polite and funny. The rooms were clean and the building was in great condition. The price was in line with what you'd expect for a chain hotel and the location gives easy access to the surrounding restaurants, shops and attractions.

This place was completely unsatisfactory! I would never recommend this place for ANYONE mostly because we had everything wrong with this place NOT to mention they were very disrespectful to a soldier and said they would take off 50 dollars to make up for the rudeness but charged us 300 extra dollars!!!! Even though we paid in advance and then to top it off.they put us in the wrong room that was dirty.small and way down the hallway considering we had two kids with us! All around this place caused problems for my husband and I and took out exactly 600 dollars altogether and we had to have help get back home because they took money out of our bank without permission!!! So I highly suggest no one go to this place! We seriously are going to talk to a lawyer because this place went out of its way to be rude to not just my whole family but to a soldier who serves our country!!!!

The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, but like others have mentioned the rooms are very outdated. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, a faulty heater/AC, rust on the bathroom door, and plug ins are located behind the night stand and very difficult to get to for charging phones. We ate one night at the restaurant and our waiter was rude because it was understaffed. It took the waitress forever to seat us, take our order, and the food was just decent. I expect more from a Holiday Inn. My husband travels a lot for business and he always says that Holiday Inns are hit or miss when it comes to being updated, clean, and providing good accommodations. My kids even thought this hotel was in their words, “gross!” The location is along the strip, but unless this hotel is updated, I would not reserve my next stay at it.

I was in town for a Red Hat convention some 250+. Service could not have been better! Rooms are clean and mattresses are comfy. Remodel is taking place next year.
The whole place was decorated for
Christmas and very festive! There is a very nice pool area and a restaurant. Your stay in the Smokies
Will be most enjoyable. There are numerous activities for you and the kids. Lots of shopping ladies!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This hotel should be condemned. It is so disgusting they should be ashamed. We checked in to one room and they said they were booked solid so we had to wait until the next day to be moved. We were extremely inconvenienced and had to leave early and be gone the entire day so we made sure we packed up everything and put it back in our hot car all day. Only to return to a room even MORE DISGUSTING!!! MOLD leaking water all over the wallsstains peeling wallpaper broken appliances loose electric sockets. ..rust on everything in the bathroom made of metaldoors falling apart Toilets that barely flush deteriorating mirrorsdust on absolutely everythingsmelly rooms I think we're being punted!!! And when you call someone to ask to be moved a third time she says none of the rooms will be up to MY standards??? How about HEALTH CODE STANDARDS? I am going to sleep in my car tonight; THATS how gross it is here. You are unable to reach anyone by phone either. Pictures to follow.

Nice from the outside and from the Lobby!
for a Holiday Inn It was disappointing. paint falling from the ceiling in the pool room the waterfall not in working order at pool and the pool is small. The outside and hotel lobby/restaurant would lead one to think it would be nice but once in your room its really outdated and paint is in poor shape with old furniture. Breakfast buffet cost a little over 11$ per person and was barely over continental quality however the service was great and The beds were comfortable. For the money I have stayed better every time ELSEWHERE.

This hotel needed renovation 10 years ago, but since it is located along the 'strip' in Pigeon Forge they can still charge what they want and folks will pay it because of its location. The rooms are frumpy, that is the carpet and furnishings are old and well worn. Wall paper is peeling in places. The A/C is loud and roared all night. Amenities are few. But, the place was clean. The parking lot is more than adequate and well lighted. Most Holiday Inns are better than this place. The really sad story is that many hotels along the strip in this area are not much better.

Very nice hotel. Right in the center of town. Front desk service was okay. Room was clean but the bathroom was not as clean. The tub did not drain the water as quick as it was coming out of the shower. Overall service and cleanliness I give it 3.5 out of 5.

This hotel is appealing from the outside. Loved the little Chapel outside as well, it is great for pictures! The location is right off the parkway and is a short skip away from great restaurants and shopping. Tons of parking. Love all the flagpoles coming in as well. Nice touch :)

Rooms were clean and neat. Went during Christmas time and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Has a private business center and good staff! But, they didn't offer free breakfast and that was a small problem to us. It is also close to Smoky Mountains.

The hotel was quite nice and the lobby was very inviting. The room was suitable however the bathtub did not look clean. Even with the cleanliness not up to par we would stay there again.

Great looking place inside and out. The rooms are clean, beds are decent. Only downside to this place is no continental breakfast/complimentary breakfast. Other then that I would recommend anyone to stay here.

For the price I paid for this room, I expected more. The lobby looks amazing but the rooms need a serious deep clean! My husband has a machine that has to be plugged in next to the bed and not only was it half a room away, we moved the couch and there was so much dust built up behind it that I went into a sneezing fit. The bathroom door was falling apart and it was obvious that cleaning was not high on their priority list. I paid for the breakfast to be included and it was decent all 3 days we are there. Did not utilize the pool. Close to lots of things in pigeon forge though!

Our stay was here was wonderful!! The reason for 4 stars is because of the breakfast bar they only had it 1 day so we were limited to what we could order but our waitress Sherry what EXCELLENT she went above and beyond to satisfy us. We come to mountains every year or so and would stay here again.
