This place has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat. The service is excellent and their selection of food and drinks is good too it's somewhere nice to sit down for a while and thay have a very nice selection of beers on tap. The food is reasonably priced. The parking is free and large selection of spots. Outside and inside seating is available and plenty of seats you can sit at the bar or the normal table.
Awesome "cheers" experience. The bar has all the local and far off drink choices. The food coming from the kitchen is really good. The staff still gets to know ya, and a patron can't help but be pulled into conversation with the very friendly servers. Shout out to you Logan.
Finnigan's Wake is a lovely Irish pub on Trade Street. It's a beautiful place, inside and out, and yes, very Irish. I've been once that I received bad service, but otherwise I've had good experiences. The food is great, and I love that they are vegetarian-friendly! Pubs aren't always great for veggies, but this one is. They offer gluten-free options as well. And of course, there are numerous drink options.
I had dinner here on a Monday evening. The beer selection is good. The shepherd's pie was also very good. I also enjoyed the dressing I had on my salad, which was unique to them. The service was also good.
It's pretty much your typical American version of an Irish pub. If you're looking for fish and chips or shepherd's pie then this is the place to go.
I don’t have anything bad to say about Finnigan’s. Every experience has been outstanding and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years! Opie, the owner, is very involved in the community and has generously supported multiple nonprofits through his business. The food is exceptional and a great place for vegetarians. Sweet potato fries and mustard sauce are a must!
I don't know if we got there at shift change or what. Service was okay too slow. The food was okay so I guess I'll have to go back and give them another try.
Everything we ordered was delicous! I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great meal and a casual atmosphere. The service was outstandingď
Great outdoor seating in the back patio. The wings were overcooked to the point of black and the tacos were made with meat that didn't seem to be too fresh or the chef didn't pay too much attention to the taste. Recommend for drinks.
I freaking love finnigan's! My love and I hit there late after work for bomb food, drinks, and service. All the bar tenders are different but love them the same. 💕
Winston's best and only Irish themed pub. The food is always great and the drink selection is vast. The food menu has enough variety for everyone but is not so big as to be overwhelming. I really like that they grind beef in house, which allows for a greater array of hamburger cook options. They also have a varied whiskey menu that changes over time.
Local restaurant and bar is old and comfy, price's are higher yet food quality is lacking, just another frozen item dive. Beer selection very good, wine and mixed drinks available. Outdoor patio was nasty and old but was comfy on warm evening, staff stands around puffing cigarettes often. Building is old and shows it.
Discrimination! Guest of mine were in town on business from South America. The hostell asked to see their documents without even having been seated. Upon showing their South American documents they were told the document might be false so they would not be able to eat there!!! The hostess said it was the law! What law?? This is discrimination. For the sake of our countries' name please do not eat here. They are breaking the law by not allowing a foreigner to eat at their establishment. Where in the world do you have to show your passport to be able to eat at an establishment. Unheard of!!
I've been here a few times already. The food is good and the beer selection is nice. Sunday brunch was delicious and flights were only $6. It's a pretty big place too, so it's never too crowded.
Awesome Irish pub. Menu is varied but authentic. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Even the other diners were nice, offering local suggestions and conversation.
I'm reading these negative comments regarding the long wait. Putting that aside This place is amazing! The food is of quality, surprisingly due to the reputation "pub" food has. The beer and scotch/whiskey selection is great! The only time that I have gone was lunch time during the week. I could see how this place would be packed during peak times though. So if you are out trying to get a quick bite on a Saturday evening and you don't want to wait longer than usual for your food, then don't come here. Most places that provide quality food and drink at a reasonable price will have a wait during peak times. That's just how business works. :-/
The customer service is exceptional! I am upset I haven't found this place sooner!
