The shop at Jackson Auto Worx is fast, friendly, and clean. Believe it or not, the cleanliness of a shop has a lot to do with what particulates get into your engine, transmission, etc. while your car is being serviced. I've only seen a Caterpillar Dealership be as clean as this shop! It's amazing. I never get sold anything I don't need. Every time I am in there I think: "That only cost me that much!" They have a fast turnaround and communicate the entire time your vehicle is in the shop. I don't go anywhere else if I can help it!

We moved to the area in December 2015. Since we were new, we relied on reviews to help select a mechanic that was close to my wife's place of employment. After some research we decided on Jackson Auto Worx and we have been pleased ever since. My wife appreciates the shuttle service to work during routine things and repairs. She mentioned the drivers are always so courteous. I appreciate the constant contact as they troubleshoot our vehicles. Jackson is always professional, provides an estimate and completes the repairs in a timely manner.
What made me write this review is the exceptional customer service my wife received last week. My wife unfortunately hit something with her car and her mirror was hanging off. She stopped by Jackson to get a quick opinion on the damage and see if the car was okay to drive. The gentleman at Jackson's was happy to help her out and even cut off her mirror that was dangling and made sure to secure the live wires. They also gave her three recommendations of body shops. Jackson Auto Worx went above and beyond on a Friday at the end of their busy week. We will definitely continue to use this establishment and will tell a friend. Fixed an electrical issue with my car, labor time wasn't cheap and the issue was actually simple, but they told the truth and the price was close to their estimate. I know lots of people where i work that take their car here and trust them.

Yep, they just take your money without fixing anything. Our AC was loosing refrigerant and we already knew where the problem was. Nonetheless, they charged $80 to 'find' the leak, said something about adding a dye to see where the AC fluid was leaking from. Told us to come back next week. We did, they fortunately 'found' the problem but said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part in stock. And then they charged us another $60.
No work done, a total rip-off. But they were nice, I guess?response / report this review -

Jackson Auto Worx is my 'go to place' to get my car serviced. They offer to work your car into their schedule immediately if you're in a bind and then deliver great work. One of the things I like most is that there is no such thing as a stupid-car-question. They take the time to help you understand what needs to be done, give you a fair deal and an accurate time estimate for when they can complete work on your car. They also take you to work or pick you up to help you out. You're always greeted with a smile and you know your car will be fixed to their high standards.

Trust these guys more than anyone I have ever been to. I go out of my way to make sure I can see them, even driving a car from Raleigh to get it checked out. Very helpful dropping me off to work and tell me exactly what I need to get done without the bull. Highly recommend over any auto shop
