Our first visit to Room’s to Go! We were so surprised by the selection, the great room displays with prices clear and extra pieces etc. easy to understand. Sales person was very helpful, kind and stood quietly near but was not pushy in any way! We went in to look and bought a new living room set and dining room. Unbelievable!

I have shopped at Rooms To Go for many many many years. Trying not to let on just how old I am. When I needed to buy a living room set with a sofa loveseat chair and tables coffee tables lamps and artwork they were there to help me in my young twenties. Again later on they were there to help me establish a different type of home decor. Now at 57, I am looking at purchasing the last items of my life I have dealt with many people at the Port Charlotte Florida location. Each and all of them respect who I am, respect the view of my personal design, fulfill my dreams. They are professional of going, respectful and just a great group of adults. They're also kind of playful at times. Bravo to the team in Port Charlotte Florida 33948. If I live to be 80 I may be looking for something new which my age would call something retro like The Jetsons. Paul

Nice selection and prices are not too high. Didn't like the long wait for furniture we were interested in so bought elsewhere. That wad only drawback. Sales people were not too clingy like other places.

We ordered leather couches and chairs for our family room. We had an issue with the finish on a couch and they replaced the whole couch. Great service. Then we had an issue with the mechanism that was reported within the warranty period , but we were out of the country for a year. Corporate would not help us , as by the time we came back , it was now out of warranty, But Tom, the manager, was AWESOME and is resolving our problem to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and dedication to their customers at the Port Charlotte store. We love our furniture.

Literally the only people who know what 'customer service' is were the awesome gentleman who delivered my bed set and Arlene in the office. The entire two and half months I dealt with these people were utter hell and I was treated like garbage. I will gladly shop elsewhere in the future.

We are very happy with our purchase of an entertainment center at Rooms to Go. Our Sales Rep Mary Ann C. was very professional and personable. She processed our sale and gave us a delivery date. The store contacted us to let us know our merchandise is en route and when we could expect it. Delivery was perfect! The items were carefully assembled and the employees were very professional. We will use Rooms to Go for all of our furniture needs in the future.
