Undergoing renovation when I visited, but clean and all amenities were available. My wife and I loved sitting in the dimly lit breakfast buffet area talking and enjoying some late night coffee.

It was alright, just outdated. The ceiling was chipping and the windows looked like they had never been cleaned in my room. Staff was nice.

The hotel was pretty good. The decor was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The only problems were the rooms and the pool. The room decor was nice and the room was clean. The only problem was that it was 20 degrees outside and the heater wasn’t working. The hotel did give us a space heater but still this was kind of inconvenient. The pool was nice and heated but there was way to much chlorine in the pool. My swim suit was full with bright colors now it is all dull. You would not want to put your face under the water and I still smell like chlorine.

Although it was not a "newer building" ~ it far exceeded my expectations regarding service, quality of reliable staff, and the breakfast that was included was great! Clean, well kept and by far I would "Highly Recommend this stop to anyone for the price I paid"! 10 stars in my book. Angels blessed me by choosing this rest stop.! 😇

The hotel smelled must when we walked in. We were greeted nicely got our keys, went to the room.
The room was not properly cleaned, there was plastic forks and spoons and a condiment packet behind/beside the night stand, left over drinking cup residue on the night stand and didn't look vacuumed. I checked quickly for bed bugs and found nothing. Thank goodness!
Went​ for the free hot breakfast but only got a bagel because the floor was so sticky I almost lost a shoe!response / report this review -

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price and reviews. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Staff was friendly. Bartender even googled a cocktail recipe and then went and found canned pineapple to make it for us.

Good area, ample free parking, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was warm. The rooms desperately need a coat of paint and some spackle, and a good vacuuming.

This stay could not have ended soon enough. The hotel and our room were very outdated and the whole atmosphere was cold and dark. Our room did not have a working clock, only one lamp worked, the shower pressure was weak, and the base of the tub was not sturdy. The breakfast area was very dim and the quality of food was poor. In order for guests to feel more comfortable away from home, this hotel is in need of serious updates.

Front desk staff was courteous and informative. The whole hotel is very dark and out dated. The bed was well worn and felt more like a hammock. The heat and a.c. worked awesome. Food was okay at the bar. The nachos were better than the tilapia that's for sure. Parking is easy and plentiful

Horrible location. The entire hotel is run down and dirty. One elevator didn't work, printers in business center didn't work. My toilet leaked and flooded the floor and the "solution" was to give me a pile of extra towels. The smoke alarm went off while I was in the showerwhen I called to get it taken care of it was suggested it must have been the steam. I facilitated a meeting there and I was embarrassed at the poor quality of every aspect of the venue. They lost a fax I was expecting & it turned up AFTER it was required. There were strange and unpleasant smells of different varieties throughout the hotel. The message light on my phone was flashing and it took 3 calls to the front desk to get the right code to delete it. I could go onbut hopefully this is enough to deter others from staying here.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. The building seems a bit old, but you can tell they put a lot of effort into repairing anything that breaks, and you wouldn't really notice unless you scrutinized every corner of a room. There are a lot of vending machines, but they seem to break frequently, which is a bit annoying; since there are so many, though, it's never a significant issue. The dining area is very nice, and it's a great place to have a professional meeting. The whole interior has a prossional air about it. The room layout is nice, with plenty of outlets, televisions with HDMI ports, and separate rooms for the bathroom and sink. Refrigerator and heater/AC work great; haven't tried the microwave. Wi-Fi works well, with no time limits or forms to fill out, and cell signal is excellent in all parts of the building.

Pretty solid. Didn't expect a whole lot from a three star hotel, but it was comfortable enough. Adjacent doors to connect rooms was a nice feature. Shower was, like, warm though. I feel like if I'm at a hotel I should be able to wake up to a hot shower..

Disgusting. Waited 1.5 hours after check in time to actually be let into the room, only to find no soap, food on the floor, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty dirty room. Elevators didn't work and we were on the 7th floor with elderly family. Pool smelled bad and was freezing, dirty, and uninviting. Breakfast, again, was gross. Pancake batter everywhere with a dirty pancake maker. Couldn't find anyone to clean it or bring more syrup. Staff in general didn't seem to care. No apologies, no attempt to make our stay any better. I want my money back! Absolutely disgusting.

Overall the hotel was a little run down. Vending machines were pretty busted, handle ripped off the fridge, table was busted, pool was freezing. But the staff was nice, beds were comfy.

Two stars for some of the staff that was rude and not helpful. My room key had to be fixed twice, so it took me about 10 mins. to get into my room, other than that the place was clean and quiet. Free wifi was fast and reliable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet.
