Horrible. I wasn't even able to stay here, because they refused to give me the price they quoted me over the phone. They jacked it up another $34 a night. That's a significant amount when you're staying for almost 2 weeks. I will make sure to take them off my list of places to look into for lodging. Stinks, since we travel for a living.

This hotel is horrible, I’m confused looking at previous reviews. Me and a bunch of other coworkers roomed here and our things were tampered with and stolen when we were gone to work. When I let the front desk know they told the manager who looked at me and said nothing. Nothing was done about it and we were then kicked out of the room later on for no reason not that it mattered anyway because we had our coworkers there and just went to their room. A pair of dirty underwear was left on the door knob to my room from prior guest, we had to kill SO MANY BUGS, they don’t know how to clean properly, gym is the size of my closet, nasty breakfast and the rooms stink. Begged for tips how corny!! SMOKE DETECTORS ARE NOT UPDATED FIRE DEPARTMENT AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE CONTACTED. Shut it all down. I wouldnt recommend to anyone ever.

I’ve stayed her twice cause that’s where my company had to book me. I’ll start with the positive. It is close to a Walmart, mall, and Panera. It’s also across the street from the University of Albany and a very nice running park, so if ur into fitness, it has good proximity. However, the fitness center has a couple of treadmills that no one uses. No dumbbell rack. Two days straight the housekeeping forgot to put shampoo and when I asked for it at the front desk the girl said she would bring it in 5 minutes, but never showed up. The breakfast is adequate. Nothing compared to other places I’ve stayed for similar rates. The employees seem like they have no idea about customer service except for a couple of exceptions. Honestly, I’ve had better custormer service at gas stations. If ur looking for a bed to sleep in, this will do, but if u want real value, look elsewhere.

I booked a double room suite at towneplace suites by Marriott Albany university for the weekend. We arrived Friday night (around 11) and was greeted by a nice and friendly staff. She gave us a room at the main building. Once we walked in, there were sheets and towels everywhere and it had a weird smell. Apparently they have not cleaned the room yet and was not updated on the system. We switched to another room immediately. Again the weird smell. The cups were not cleaned well, the sheets had some stains, the carpet was not vacuumed well overall cleanliness =1. The location of the hotel was very close to suny albany but would have to travel a little further for food. Otherwise there was complimentary breakfast which was mediocre.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff friendly. Breakfast is a little lacking but that seems normal for this branded hotel. My only disappointment and reason for only 3 stars was the cab the hotel called for me was very poor quality.

One distinctive thing about this hotel is the exceptional customer service of the staff here; they're very courteous and polite. There's this one staff that was super polite; her name's Dominique. This place is like a home away from home. I also enjoy the free breakfast

Good location. Came from greyhound and public bus drops you off directly in front of the place if you don't want to take taxi. Room is good size and has everything you need to cook. Restrooms are clean. Would recommend.

The hotel and room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, they ran out of sausage and the juice machine was not in service. The room was very comfortable.

The staff here was beyond good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Take them up on the offer to use the indoor pool next door which is open till midnight.
