I heard these were the best bagels in NYC, so I decided to try them out! They truly are very tasty and there's so much to choose from, you'll definitely find your fix. They are super filling too, I had one at 10 o'clock and didn't feel hungry until 6 hours later! The only bad thing about this is the waiting time. You'll easily wait 30 minutes to an hour to get your food, I went on a Wednesday morning and the line was about 40 minutes long. You can use the express line though if you're okay with making your own bagel, you can order your bagel and what you want on it and you'll get everything on the side. It's so so much faster and still tastes amazing of course!

Meh. Ordered the signature favorite - not bad but nothing to rave about. Waited in line for about 30 minutes to order on a weekday morning. Also ordered a cappuccino, which took another 15 minutes for them to make. Unfortunately, when I took a drink, it was just regular coffee. Did not want to wait another 15 minutes to try to get what I had ordered. Will not return.

The Best Bagel in the city. Bagels are made fresh in the store. Tons of different flavored cream cheese from savory to sweet and a large variety of spreads and toppings for your bagel, you name it they have it. They also offer other sandwiches but I have not tried them yet, I bet you they are also good. The only down side is the poor customer service, ambiance not so appealing and the long line. You don’t want to come to this place during lunch rush hours for you will spend 30mins to 1 hour wait in line. The management need to improve their method, organize the store, and improve their system. The store has potential to do better business.

Pumpernickel perfection!!! We got several bagels to go The pumpernickel flavour is amazing!!!! Highly recommend trying it if you remotely like that taste! I wish the cinnamon raisin had more cinnamon and raisins. All the bagels were perfectly cooked. I haven't eaten in, and the next time we're in town, I definitely will try that experience! Yum!!! The bagels were so fresh, they were still hot even after walking back to the apartment. Couldn't ask for better! They are big and worth very minute!

I heard that these were the best bagels in the city and I learned this from a photo next to my table that said “best bagels in the city”

They were correct I’ve only eaten one bagel in this city but sod the rest. The lady in the red neckerchief was super nice (I thought she’d be mean) would 100% eat there again, short wait but well worth it.

Shout out to the cream cheese

I came just at the right time before huge influx of people. This place seems to be a favorite among locals and tourists alike, which is understandable given that they make their own hand-rolled Bagels. I got the Signature Bagel and it was absolutely delicious and huge. I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel which was still hot. The consistency of it was absolutely to die for: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prices were expectedly high for Manhattan, but totally worth the try. Service was also very good, and came to give recommendations.

Best whitefish salad in town - highly respectable and tasty bagels but way too big for my preference. Baked goods need some TLC and ingredient upgrades - pretty standard stuff - huge, sweet, fresh enogh, cheap enogh but that's about t

The bagels are so fresh and yummy!! Cinnamon raisin bagel can be eaten fresh with nothing because it's so delicious (no pic of that one, forgot to take one before I ate it). I did take a wonderful pic of my whole wheat everything bagel that was toasted and I got lox flavored cream cheese with lettuce, tomato and red onion yummm!! The egg salad is also really really good.

Long line, but worth it for fresh bagels! You can skip the line if you just want a bagel and cream cheese. Fun to see the bagels coming right out of the oven!

Bagels are very good. Has many varieties. The coffee is nothing special. I had a bagel, cream cheese, and large coffee for $5.50. Long lines. There's an express bagel line for just bagel, cream cheese (in a cup), and coffee. Get your bagel in a few minutes. All else wait longer. You can order in advance and just come in and pick up in the front (best choice if you're in a hurry). Limited seating. Group of more than 4 or 5 will be a challenge. Don't let any of the above deter you; enjoy good food, just plan for it.

Love this location and company. Classic NY bagels with great cream cheese schmears. My favorite is a lox bagel with scallion cc.

They will fill your bagel with literally everything! I got a chicken cordon bleu and a sausage eggs and cheese. Cannot say which one is better they were both amazing! A bit of queue, but it is all worth it.

A little bit of a wait, but that's only due to popularity. So many different tastes to choose from. Countless cream cheeses and toppings. Staff was friendly and fast. Seating was kinda packed and we had to take our stuff to go, otherwise we would have been waiting awhile for a table. Signature bagel was roughly $13.

I came as one of NY's best bagels but did not live up to the expectation. Wide range of bagels (although all looked alike) and huge range of cream cheese fillings. Staff was efficient but not very friendly, even though the place was empty. The ambience is not the best, as well.

Great bagels and speedy service! The only hassle is everyone in line not paying attention or knowing what they want. Endless choices of cream cheese, even many reduced fat options! They even have an express lane if you just want to buy bagels uncut! Definitely coming back next time I'm in the city.
