This one is nice store. Lots of options for Men, Women and Kids. You can get items for Home and Kitchen appliances.

Staff is helpful, but at times checkout and returns in-person takes time.

This is one of the worst Kohl's I have been to. Customer service representatives are very rude. I have been shopping at Kohl's for past two decades because of their fantastic customer service, but after dealing with customer service representatives at this Kohl's, I am exploring other options.

Worst store I have ever been to. Got up to the register said my card wasn't working even though I used it at 5 stores previous to this one. Woman working the register said don't touch it let me do ..it it's my credit card. Needless to say I went to Bath and Body Works right next to the store and my card worked perfectly fine. I will never go back in that store. Worst service I have even seen.

Kohl's feel like a mall. 30% and $10 off coupons give much discounts besides clearance prices. Very reasonable priced store. Quality is great with merchandisers made from various countries. A must visit store.

Needs a good picking up and their clearance section is always picked dry(I like bargains). Overall pretty good but usually very busy.

The store rep always forget to ask your Yes2you rewards when you purchase something . This happened third time for me in the same store. Then I need to call the customer service and add the rewards to my Yes2you rewards. The store rep should ask your rewards account as a first question then should proceed with the transaction as like other Kohls store. Will prefer other Kohls store.
