The room was nice! It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The people at the front desk we're very kind and respectful. All around a good experience!

The hotel was nice. It was clean and the employees were friendly. We only stayed there for one night and were guests of a wedding. Since the wedding was the night that we stayed there we were not at the hotel much.

(Note: My room was paid for by someone else.) The rooms were clean and nice, however my stay was impromptu and there was not readily accessible soaps for the shower. Additionally the bathroom has a European-style setup where the toilet and shower are in a room, separate from the sink, which made getting ready in the morning far more challenging (again made more difficult by the lack of real shower products). Otherwise my stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful and courteous, and the receptionist who assisted me was very cute and if I were brave I would've talked to her more and maybe considered asking her out but yeah. Decent place, nice visual design, but I don't think I'd choose this place to stay again if I didn't have to.

Find another hotel
Suburban property off of the interstate now charges to park. They have 4 handicapped parking spaces with steps at the doors, 4 more in the rear at the courtyard. Over 200 rooms and 8 spaces with a parking fee. Pay for breakfast and coffee. Lousy highway access on divided road. It use to be a nice and reasonable place. Looking for a new hotel for future trips.response / report this review -

Over priced for room and breakfast. After paying for the room was told they charged $8 a night for parking. If traveling through the area this is not a place to just stop for the night to rest.

The bed was really nice, the shower was nice and hot, but the pool was on the cold side and the hot tub waswell it made the occupants feel like they were surrounded by people eating too many beans. Hopefully this could be resolved by having a gallon or four more of water. The bistro, not the cause of the hot tub's awkward behavior, was quite delicious and reasonably priced. Though the bistro should list allegens on food, we could only eat my delicious burger as an open face sandwich due to mayo being on the bottom half. (Have an egg allergy.)

Nice, clean. Nice bar and swimming pool. No free breakfast. Unsure if entire hotel is smoke free; I had to go outside to smoke. I think it's a bit overpriced for what one gets. No extra coffee condiments available at desk, you have to get housekeeping. Starbucks was not open in the morning??! Desk staff were pleasant. It was O.K.

Arrangements were made for breakfast vouchers for a whole wedding party. When we wanted to order breakfast the associate said it's only for basic items and not "specially items". So we would have one been able to purchase a cup of fruit, a bagel, and regular coffee. The associate just put there hands up and did not assist us on the problem we were having. We ended up gathering all of our guests and went out to another diner to enjoy a way better meal for the fraction of the price. Manager didn't seem to keep their word when arrangements were made. Very unprofessional.

Typical courtyard. Which is good. Clean and comfortable. The reason for 3 Stars is for some unknown reason they lock down the TV. You can't change the input. I thought hotels stopped doing that years ago. Next time I'm in the area I will not stay here because of it.

Rooms are comfortable with modern decor. Feels like everything is fresh including 50" TVs in rooms.
The lobby bar is decent and usually pretty busy.
Breakfast options are pretty good in my opinion.
This location has a lot of rooms but also extremely busy. It is not uncommon to not have any vacancy.response / report this review
