their cronuts are the best. they offer a lot of other pastries as well. visit them in the morning where there are less lines.

You have to wait in a line that starts outside and then they call in about 5 people at a time because it is a small area. The wait isn't too long and the pastries and blooming hot chocolate were great! The staff is very friendly and helpful and it is a great experience overall.

Great hard working staff. Everything is fresh and made on the premises. First class pastries and coffee. Outdoor area is a little slice of village. Very peaceful great vibes here.

Beautiful little shop! After walking past this place for a few weeks, I decided to try a cronut and I was not disappointed! It's definitely easier to purchase one early in the morning when the store first opens since there won't be a huge line.

This place is fantastic. One of the best dessert places in the city. I had their pavlova and every bite was delicious. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Staff is also warm and kind.

Famous for the cronut and cookie shot, but the place offers so much more! Avoid the crazy lines (usually for cronuts at opening) and you're in for a treat.
If you're ever there around breakfast time - the breakfast sandwich is a savory surprise amongst the sweet options. Also don't miss the outdoor patio in the back when you stop in!response / report this review -

It's all shiny upon entering but the toilet facilities are shocking and the garden needs a big facelift too. The chocolate mousse in my Paris-New York was slightly grainy, which I find unacceptable for such a renowned bakery. I really-really wanted to love it, but they did not impress. I'm sorry!

HUGE queue to get in, but well worth the wait! Didn't take too long (around 30 mins) and the hostess brought out some tasters for free which was lovely, and umbrellas when it started raining! Inside is lovely, staff are friendly and efficient. Cronuts sell out at 9.30am most days so you have to order in advance to get hold of some! Cookie Shot is great and the hot chocolate was to die for. Lots of tourists but great pastries.

Highly above average croissants, below average espresso served in paper. Very expensive. The place looks horrible upon entrance, full of people, no space, a lot of noise but there is a very quiet space at the back with garden seating. Nice showcase with products. Big plus for the visibility into the preparation area. Croissants 4++, espresso 3, place 4.

Very long line and when we had our order a few minutes later the line was gone 😐 I wanted to try the famous cronuts but unfortunately they were sold out :( but very nice atmosphere they have a little garden which I liked, I tried cookie shot it was amazing and the variety of the baked stuff there is just wow! I would definitely come back!

Classic French Patisserie. The food is good. Prices are high. And the lines are very long. Keep in mind that this is still a "chain" since there are multiple locations.

The cronuts are delicious and worth trying.
All other bake goods are great as well. It's well worth the price.

This is a classic pastry shop in NYC. They have very intricate and creative baked treats. The place is always crowded, especially in the mornings while people line up for cronuts. I recommend the cookie milk shots! The chocolate mousse cake is also awesome. Be prepared to wait in line.

Nice selection of sweets. The chocolate eclair has been my favorite! I could not stop eating it even when I had two of those. Will try more of their charming desserts.

Amazing pastries, terrible service. It seems half the staff are slow and don't know what's going on. Alas, we got the slow half this morning. We asked for a Chai latte to go and ended up with a coffee instead. We pointed this out to the counter staff and asked for a new one. We waited for about 12 minutes before we asked about it again - turns out they'd forgotten about us completely. They'd served an entire mini-bus by then. Our quick to-go visit ended up taking more than a half-hour. Kudos to the red-haired girl who came in at the end and had great customer service skills - you deserve a raise! In the end, drinks were pretty good, pastries were amazing. Just be prepared to suffer a little to get them.
