I have been going to this place the past few years and its usually been one guy with long hair who is quick and efficient even when I have one or two cars ahead of me.
I went a week ago in the afternoon and it wasn't the same guy with long hair, but I was happy to be the only customer in the place so I could be in and out quick. As I walked up to the counter to meet the employee with my registration in hand he looked visibly upset with me coming in. When I arrived at the counter he slowly grabbed his soda, turned his back to me and very slowly walked to the fridge to put his soda in. I thought for a moment oh he isn't supposed to help me and I assumed someone else would walk in, but nope he slowly walked back to the counter. Not saying a word he looked at the computer and reached out his handI assumed he wanted the registration so I put it in his hand. He then began entering the information and reached out his hand againI didn't know what he wanted. He finally said "keys," which I gave him. After that he got my car and finished everything in a timely manner. When paying he didn't say the price, but just asked for my credit card. It was just a really weird experience from what I was used to. Guy needs to work on his customer service he is insanely awkward.

Every year this is the place I take my cars. They are fair and honest and quick.
By honest I mean, one year I had an issue with my parking brake. They wouldn't pass it unless I repaired it. They don't fix them. They didn't tell me where to fix them. They just told me to come back when it was fixed.
I appreciate that there was no underhanded dealings with that. No intention to get business for a friend. Just honest information.
Also, I've never been there for more than about 20 minutes.response / report this review -

This place is trash! Terrible customer service. The guy charged me an extra $20 cause I had cash. When I called back to get more info on it the guy working got upset and said I'm done talking and hung up. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone unless you wanna deal with unprofessional people.

This is a wonderful place to go to get the service done for your vehicle that is not always fun. These guys will take care of you in a very timely manner. They take pride in their job. They are very personable and make you feel important to their business. I have been going to this location for the last five years. Thank you for caring about your customers!!!

Brought my vehicle in on the morning of 8/26. The service was relatively quick and the lobby was clean, however I brought in a paper coupon printed directly from their website for $10 off Emissions, Safety, and DMV renewal and it was not applied. (I had all three services performed, so it should have qualified). Not sure if that was intentional or an error made by the employee. Thus 2 stars rather than 5.

I came in August 3rd at 4:57 pm. Awesome business, Michael with the long hair is the best! He's super nice!!! He's amazing at his job, no matter what anyone tells you, I've been here for every emissions inspection and he's always been super nice and helpful.

Service was quick but employees were rude. They wouldn't let me use a coupon from THEIR website because it wasn't printed in paper. When I asked why, he rudely said "well, that's just policy, okay?". That's a ridiculous policy if you ask me. Probably won't come back.

What an awful experience. I walked in just before 6:00pm. The door was still open and the open sign on. I walked up to the counter with my paper work and the tech told me they were closed. I said it shouldn't take but ten minutes, and your really not going run my car through. So I walked out and the tech had the nerv to walk out behind me and point at times listed on the door at the close time. Needless to say I will never go back.

This place is great for getting your inspections /renewals done. They even have free video game for the kids. Make sure you meet Mike, such an amazing guy.

They hit me for a fairly unsafe issue on my car. My battery wasn't secured, which can be a big deal in an accident. They helped show me the issue, then I fixed it right there in the parking lot. I really appreciate them doing a detailed inspection.
