Very cozy & clean hotel. They have free breakfast which is nice. Staffs are friendly but professional. They have an elevator but i think the hotel only have 4 floors. You might need to wait a bit but you can always use the stairs if you are able - good exercise!

Fabulous hotel, super clean, always a pleasure staying here! Excellent breakfast and options. Occasional social hours with food and wine/beer. Great pool and jacuzzi. Nice side of town! Very friendly staff! Small grocery items for sale. Good restaurants near by.

This was my first time staying at this Residence Inn and overall it was a good choice. I can't comment on the free breakfast or the pool here as I didn't use those facilities, but the rooms were what I was expecting. The bed didn't seem uncomfortable to me but I still ended up tossing and turning for some reason. Unlike other residence Inns, this one is not broken up into separate buildings. I only mention this because I was placed at the very end of the hallway. I'm not sure I'd do an extended stay here but it was worth it for one night.

Not sure of the standards of people posting here but this place is dirty! The carpet throughout the hotel is disgustingly filthy and the second floor hallway smells like sewage. Broken cabinets in the room that looks like it still has its 80's furniture and curtains in it. Topper were the roaches in the bathroom!!!!!! Wish I had the option to post the pictures I've stayed at better hotels in Tijuana. I'm set to stay here for 5 days but checking out after 1.. so if you want a disgusting hotel to stay at, this is your place. Good luck!

Great place for families! Having a separate bedroom was ideal. We lover the free hot breakfast options and the pool was great for kids. Free parking and wifi made this an affordable stay!

We stayed here for almost 2 months while our house was being remodeled. The staff really made us feel at home. Great for long stays or short ones, very convenient location right off the 15!

Really loved that the included breakfast, the basketball court , and the pool. Had a great time staying there and had lists of fun. The location of the hotel was aazing right next to a lot of options for food and entertainment

Helpful and friendly staff, good size clean room and bathroom, well located, close to the freeway, but quiet. Very good breakfast under the direction of Maria, efficient, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out fast and efficient.

Great hotel! I usually don't stay at RIs because I like full Marriott points. However, this hotel may change my mind. The rooms were clean and had everything someone needs for a long-term stay.
