Good for the price and locale - clean - good water pressure - microwave and mini fridge - food, internal diner or good gas station mini mart next door - parking limited and not guaranteed if you come in 'later' but no problem for myself as I'm a "walker" anyway - download the local public parking app on your phone , shows you all the local (inexpensive) public parking lots and just pay through the app.

They didn't have breakfast, their WiFi wasn't very good, and their toilet was pretty dirty and gross with a pretty strong smell of urine. But I guess that's what you get for the price. I wouldn't recommend staying any longer than 2 days. It's the kind of place that with every day you stay your ods of being offered drugs or getting shot up increase dramatically.

The location is very close to the beach and central to the island. It is a little far from most of the interesting things in Miami

this is not a hotel. it's a barn. when we saw this horror we immediately left, lost money and time. the receptionist is not a polite woman. when booking they promised free parking. when we were populated we were told that there is no guarantee that the place for the car will be. Do not go there. there you can catch disease.

I was just waiting for friend and had a short discussion with the extraordinary friendly and well informed lobby girl.

Think about the choices and the amount of information you have at your fingertips today. All these considered and if you still stayed there, then remember it was what you have chosen.

Absolute worst motel/hotel that I have ever stayed at (and first one I've seen with a sign on the wall stating "No Refunds"). First of all there is no standard free parking. You end up having to jockeying your car around to fit your car in a lot that they stack four cars deep. Strangest arrangement I've seen. Worst of all they expect you to leave your keys at front but accept no liability for damage to your vehicle while its in their possession. I ended up just paying for street parking. In my room I noticed that the sheets weren't changed. I asked the front desk person if they could be changed and be said that it would. When I arrived back at the room it was still the same sheets and they refused to do anything about it.They would not ecen provide new sheets so I could change myself. Ended up just lying on top of comforter. Other issues include the bathroom door didn't close, window did not close so you could hear the traffic all night long and the there was a strange smelll in the room. All I can say is, DO NOT STAY HERE!

A great affordable place, best rates in the area I found on my visit during holiday season. Great rooms and dorms. The quality of the furniture, cleanliness, and space is worth the price

I wish I didn't even have to give one star! This place is absolutely filthy. Reeks of smoke down the entire 1st floor corridor. Our room had bed bugs that we didn't notice until the last night there and my husband saw a huge one on him. Of course his first reaction was to get it off of him so he killed it, then wanted all of the blood and guts off of him so he washed his hands. He had huge welts all over his body. The lady at the front desk basically said that it wasn't a bed bug and she isn't seeing anything on our sheets. She said that he should have saved the bug or taken a picture of it.We didn't want anything comped we just wanted a new room so that we could go back to sleep. They put us in a new room with one full bed (mind you my husband is 6'4, 280) and lo and behold once we turned on the lights we noticed spiders on the wall and a cockroach in the bathroom. The next morning as we went to checkout the lady said that it was us who brought the bugs in and was basically calling my husband and liar. Do yourself a favor folks, pay for the Hilton right across the street. At least there you know what you're getting.

The hotel is located directly on the main road and has parking space for about 12 cars. It's 5 minutes to the beach on foot and about 15 minutes per bus to Miami Beach south.
The rooms are large enough, have an ok bathroom and a quite loud a/c unit (no central air conditioning). They are just about clean enough (although we still had hair from the previous guests in the shower and on the towels).
All in all a good hotel for the price and for a few nights, would stay here again.
