Nice hotel conveniently located in Dallas. Like most of the IHG hotels, always nice and clean with great customer service

Room was spacious and clean enough. Water pressure and tempersture in the shower was great. The bed was super comfy and I considered taking one of the pillows because they were wonderful. The free breakfast was decent (more than just baked goods!). Parking was a bit odd due to limited street access of parking lot. Stayed with family and younger children.

Hotel itself was pretty good, tho reception (Gaby) was lukewarm. I had just driven 5 stressful hours, gotten hot sauce on my clothes, and navigated a large city I'd never driven in b4, & she actually seemed irritated that I was there at 1st. After I returned from theback with cash because she said the hotel couldn't accept my temporary debit card, she was happily conversing with a gentleman in a suit, and she was friendlier to me while he was there. I also wasn't happy with the stained bottom sheet on the bed. I was too tired however, to have them changed so I just slept on the top sheet, which was clean.

It's a convenient location off the highway. Front desk staff was nice at check in. My 2 issues is with the limited parking. If you arrive after 8pm there are no spots left and you have to hope for a spot by the gas station. Also the room doors are very heavy so if someone opens the door next to yours it will shake and rattle.

Very clean, everything struck me as nice and new. Staff were knowledgeable, had no issues during the stay. Room was spacious as was bathroom. Breakfast was good, had selection of hot and cold items. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall experience was good. We got a room with a jacuzzi. The room was nice and the jacuzzi was big enough for 2. The king size bed was ok it was a little hard but not terrible. The parking lot was really small and if you are out late their overflow parking is behind the gas station next to it. It was a little sketchy but at least they hired a security guard to sit in the parking lot at night.

Not much around the hote itself but it's easy enough to get places. Pool area and gym are small. Parking spaces are too small. Decent hotel. Good breakfast area.

I've stay at several Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one is just okay. It is not terrible, but it not amazing either. The room was clean, but had a distinct wet smell. The desk had something sticky on it. The pool is small and the hot tub was really small. Breakfast was okay. Average of what I'm used to at HIE hotels. The entire hotel feels like it is just a notch below other HIE experiences. Our room did not have a luggage stand. The cushion on the chair looked worn. The light above the bathtub would flicker off. There are loose tiles in the bathroom. They are not completely stuck down. Only one computer in the business center. Naomi at the desk was nice and multitasked, but I was left wondering where breakfast was going to be served and the hours for it.

Room was clean and very large. Pool and spa were relaxing. Staff are super friendly. Only complaint is not enough places to park.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Central Market with my 4 year old. The front desk representative was AWESOME! Answered all my questions about the area and even had printed directions to everywhere we needed to go. The room was what you'd expect from Holiday Inn, with the exception of an old, worn out chair in the room. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel staff was rude. The swimming pool was cloudy, nasty, and there were no towels available for guests to use. I asked for a water to purchase, and was told they didn't have any, but the receptionist gave another man one free, in front of me while checking in. Parking lot did not feel safe, and I will not stay here again!

I just spent two wonderful nights at the Adolphus. The suite on the 22 floor was amazing. Beautiful fixtures, comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Overall very comfortable.
Kevin (the doorman) was definitely a highlight. He helped with restaurant recommendations and everything else we needed. So fun and personable.response / report this review
