Everything was lovely until check out time. I was with a partially paralyzed, intellectually disabled woman. I can not leave her alone. On a call to the front desk, I was yelled at and spoken to in a scolding manner when I asked if someone could help me with a cart. When I ran down to the lobby with her in tow to get a cart, I told this person that in all my travels around the world.I have never been spoken to so rudely. She yelled again saying a manager went up to my room with a cart. So, up we went again. Very unpleasant and unkind in my opinion.

I love this hotel!!! The ambience time you walk in, the very friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the wonderful breakfast It is all worth coming back for time and time again, like I do! There is nowhere else I'll stay in Chattanooga. It is close to everything you need Shopping, restaurants, lounging, night life and so much more! If you are looking for a place that is relaxing, great ambience, great food and staff and has everything near by this is exactly what you're looking for! I will definitely be back!!!

Staying here was an unbelievable experience. Honestly, when we told people, they didn't believe us. I hadn't been anywhere that actually left a candy or treat in your room, but they left a cute Little Debbie Christmas tree with a story. We were invited to the hotels happy hour where you could get free drinks, even alcohol, and snacks. We had a separate living room and bedroom. It was a very nice room for a regular rooms price. The breakfast was great. The decor was pretty. The only complaints were that the shower took a very long time to warm up. When it did, it was amazing. The bed was okay, but not the most comfy. We stayed in a lot of hotels that week so there were direct comparisons but it wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly and nice.

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! The building is beautiful. The lobby is expansive and well decorated. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. We have a handicap room. It appeared to be clean on the surface, but garbage was found behind and under furniture. We slept the night and when we woke up in the morning we found bed bugs. The staff accommodated by moving us to another room, but that room was very dirty. we had to move to another room.

We love this place. Clean, nice rooms, perfect location within minutes from shops and lots of restaurants. Walking distance from Mellow Mushroom directly across the street. Service was excellent as well. Had an issue with loud neighbors when we arrived that nightcalled the front desk to complain and they were on it!! Did not hear a peep out of those guests again!!! Will stay here everytime we visit Chattanooga.

As always the stay was great! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast absolutely wonderful. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to make sure the pool was open as stated and if it were closed "due to maintance" state when it would possibly reopen.

So far so good. Truth is the entire town is just nice people. Maybe I'd be happier near downtown but maybe not. Hotel is super nice
Day 2 update: this is the spot. The breakfast is very good, but also very busy on a Saturday morning. I can't believe it but they have the weekend edition of the wall street journal, which is truly unbelievable as almost no hotel coughs up the money for the weekend edition. There is a crunchy's chicken about 1.5 miles away I highly recommend for dinner one night. Winner winner chicken dinnerresponse / report this review -

This hotel was great. I really loved the design and everything was nice and clean. They really pay attention to details. I was on a girls trip celebrating a birthday. Checking in, one of the ladies mentioned our purpose for being there and 15 minutes after getting into room the front desk sent up a cheese and crackers tray. What a great way to let guests know they were listening and it made a lasting impression. Thanks!!

We come to Chattanooga a few times a year and ALWAYS stay at this hotel. The location is right next to the mall and the Mellow Mushroom across the street is super convenient. The hotel has always been very clean and the staff is great. It also has a nice pool and breakfast! We will see you again next time!

Initial room given to us had plates and bowls outside the room and the room could not be opened with the key..Got another room 510 there was a bowl and cup outside the room. After some time opened the fridge and to our surprise there was 2 take out boxes of food in it. Around the bed we came across hair bands and all. To be honest house keeping never cleaned the room, just changed the sheets and out. The pool was not heated. On the way to check out the coffee not at the loony was out of coffee.

Blown away (in a good way) by this property. It's top-shelf in the Embassy Suites family. New, clean, and staffed by professional, well-trained staff that seeks to please. Best bang for the buck in the area. You will be glad that you stayed here.

Couldn't have had a better stay!! The room was wonderful. The cocktail hour was great and the service was attentive! Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely look for another Embassy Suites on our next trip.

Really nice and clean location. Very artistiy decorated. On site business centre, pool and fitness center. Ruth Chris stake house connected to the hotel and mellow mushroom across the road. Great location. Great happy hour. Would stay again

Easy to find, pretty good parking and in a decent location. Mellow mushroom right across from it, shopping isn't very far. All the staff was very friendly, rooms were well cleaned. Didn't make it in time for evening reception but breakfast was pretty good, the cooked to order omelets were great as always. Also noticed while leaving there seemed to be an outdoor patio on the 4th floor? Wish I had seen it earlier. Would love to stay at this location again next time in the area.
