This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Indoor/outdoor pool was heated, so that is a BIG hit with my daughter. The room was clean. Very spacious for a king. Our room had no view, but we did not expect one. Free coffee at all times. That is a BIG hit with the wife. Parking will be 10 dollars in 2018. Still a bargain in downtown.

Everyone I met at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. True southern hospitality, for sure. The pool was certainly neat to look at, even if I didn't try it. The fitness room was well-appointed and popular. The app-based room access worked just fine. The bar was new and fun. The breakfast area was well-stocked, fresh, hot (when appropriate) and tasty. And, the location is hard to beat if you're in downtown Chattanooga.

But, they ruined my visit on my day of departure (it was a 1-night stay). I got up and hopped in the shower before grabbing breakfast and heading to work, only to find that the water didn't/doesn't get hot. And I'm not even being picky - I wouldn't even call the water "warm." It was a painfully cold shower that would have been marginally welcome on a 100* day in July. Maybe. Not in December.

My guess is that the hot water system is more of a shared system for rooms, rather than with instant-on heating systems. I was apparently showering at the same time as everyone else in the building. Shouldn't have to plan my morning alarm around this, and don't plan to. I'm incredibly less-inclined to stay here again while in town. There are other Hilton properties in Chattanooga and I've stayed in many of them. Don't think I'll return to this one. :(

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast ! U shouldn't be disappointed if u stay here ! Near/walking distance to the best public aquarium we have visited, & we have visited about a dozen state aquariums thus far.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, good breakfast and the pool is awesome for kids. The pool has an indoor and outdoor part to it. The breakfast has a make you own waffle station with whip cream and other toppings.

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who was very knowledgeable about the area. Great full breakfast and coffee. Indoor/outdoor pool and close parking were nice touches. Rooms were large and clean with good views. Close to everything you want to do in the city. We will certainly stay here again.

Room was very large and allowed me to use my computer without disturbing my sleeping roommates. Food was good but a little variation would be appreciated. Hotel was within walking distance of at least four different restaurants and many interesting locations. We barely had to drive anywhere. Very enjoyable overall.

Perfect. Great pool, staff, bar area, parking, lovely rooms I felt pampered the entire time. Central to everything. The only trouble I had was with one of the maids, but it was so minor that I didn't mention it. Overall, it was amazing and relaxing!

This is a great place to stay in downtown Chattanooga. The hotel is very nice, has lots of nice amenities, is well appointed, and up to date. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast is above average. The hotel is located close to many really nice restaurants and other activities. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn when in the area.

We had a great stay. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Excellent breakfast in the mornings. The pool/outdoor area was nice and relaxing. Convenient location within walking distance to area attractions.

Sweet location!! Not your typical Hampton Inn this one has a great bar in the lobby! Great atmospherereally nice indoor & outdoor pool with comfortable seating area outside. Loved the interaction with all the staffvery friendly. Definitely my new spot to stay in Chattanooga.

Credit where credit is due. This is truly an excellent hotel as compared to most in it's class, especially considering it's location in relation to the Aquarium and how busy it is.
The room and facility were clean, the staff super friendly and with great attitudes. The pool is neat and fun, and the breakfast buffet is very nice. The manager on duty easily made a last minute change to my reservation (added another room.) Stayed 3 days this week; highly recommend and will come again.
