Great stay. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Gave us extra towels with no problem. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Free breakfast was amazing. Best waffles I have ever had.

Pretty nice room for cheap. Got a king bed room and it’s a clean room. Few minor issues, but I’d stay here again.

Both my kids are bitten up, their arms, legs and back. As well as my arms, legs and back. I don't know if it's bed bugs or spiders. Killed a few different types of bugs over the week. Dirty bed covers, room smells of smoke, cigarette burn holes all over the bed sheets and couch. Their breakfast is a joke as well. They should be lucky I can't post pictures!

UPDATE: Once the manager got on site, he came and spoke with me as I was moving from one room to another room for the night. He was very nice and apologized for my son being bitten so much. He provided a refund for the stay and stated that he would be taking a look at the rooms and others just to make sure that this doesn't happen again to anyone else. As a parent himself he understood my frustration with my son being so swollen from the bites that something. He understood even more when I explained that we hadn't left the room all day and this had happened just from my son napping and crawling around on the floor.

DON'T STAY AT THIS NASTY HOTEL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst hotel in ALL of Chattanooga. The heater didn’t work and the shower didn’t have running water. When my husband called the office to report the issues, the owner came into our room and accused us of breaking their items. They told us to get out and threatened to call the police. We voluntarily called to make sure we were not charged for any damages. Check out nightmare!!!!
This is definitely the craziest experience we've ever encountered.
The room was dirty and the headboard wasn't attached to the bed.

Room stunk and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. There was a stain on the wall behind the nightstand that looked like puke that had never been cleaned up. Bits of toilet paper were left in the toilet. There was more. Needless to say, we ended up canceling our reservation and going somewhere else.

Nice little place and a good price for what you get. The breakfast was good a fresh and the staff was nice. The rooms were good size and fine for an overnight or weekend stay. Only complaint would be that the rooms weren't the cleanest. I could tell that they clean regularly, but there were some carpet stains and the door to the room was in rough shape.

Ok for the price. Not really clean but clean enough. Stains on the chairs, walls, and door but the toilet, shower, and bed seemed clean. The door was bent so much that the bottom didn't meet the door jamb and even let light in. The breakfast was not good, all they had were hard biscuits, watery gravy, some cereal with milk that I don't know if it has been kept cold, and waffles. After the first day I went elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, if you want a super cheap place to stay this is it, but don't expect it to be that nice.

Basic hotel room. Could use a little more parking. Hot breakfast and clean rooms, but could use an update

Got here yesterday and the front desk guy was nice. The rooms are really really bad. The bathroom is horrible. It needs a major update. Tonight when I got back to my room all my water bottles in the fridge were gone, called the front and he told me he's aunt and uncle clean the rooms so I must be mistaken and they don't steal. So I asked then where did my water bottles go? He was rude and I hung up. He called the room back and said I could go to the front and get water bottles. I hung up . Will not stay here ever again. Thank goodness I took all our clothes and other things with us. I wish I could add a photo of the room. Do not stay here. The blankets are so old my grandmother probably had one as a child. There's holes and staining all over walls. The carpet is obviously never vacuumed. I could go on and on. Go anywhere else but here seriously.

Stayed one night. Super friendly staff and clean sheets and room. The building itself is quite dated, but we'll kept. The breakfast was okay, but definitely nothing fancy. Overall an okay place for the price, but I use it as a sleep-and-go and not a hang out at the hotel kind of place.

First off, I requested a smoke free room online and when I was checking in I was given a smoking room. I have asthma and the second I walked in it was terrible. I requested to change the room and the manager said no. So we went back to room and was checking it out. Needless to say it was so disgusting I immediately went and checked out. The sheets were dirty, there were cigarettes holes on the couch, blankets, carpet.. bugs in the shower on the walls.. what looked to be semen on the couch.. a wad of hair on the bed under the blankets. I will never, ever recommend this place. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because they did apologize and refund my money.

I use to stay here every time I came into town. This time, at check in, I got a room for me and one of my sons. My other 2 sons were with us to join us for dinner then drive back to their house. They helped me and their brother unload the car while we waited on my father to arrive and join us for dinner also. The front desk called my room and made me pay an extra $10 for the "2 extra guests". I explained that they were only visiting for dinner, as my father would be, then driving home. Only one of my sons and me were actually staying overnight. I paid the idiot at the front desk and told my other sons they might as well stay the night since it was now paid for. I won't be staying at this motel anymore. The immigrant staff apparently watches you through their cameras even though they can't rightly interpret what they see. Be warned.
