It's 30 degrees outside and I'm in a room that doesn't even have a working unit for heat or a/c as an IHG member I will be using another hotel from now on. This is certainly not the first negative experience I've had with holiday inn. Crowne plaza here I come

The front desk clerks were very helpful and nice. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel is conveniently located near Interstate 75. Ooltewah, Tennessee is a nice little town.

Excellent Hotel!! Another favorite added to my list of favorite hotels. Super clean. you can tell housekeeping is thorough. felt comfortable. great pool!!! pool was heated. they also have a hot tub. great business center!!! pancake machine. saturday breakfast ended at 10am ,😀

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it's close to the Summit softball complex. Clean, quiet, safe! The free Breakfast was great, this hotel had more choices than any other place I had ever stayed. My only negative is that the parking lot seems small, but I will definitely stay again for our next tournament.

Rooms were clean and the service was great. The complimentary breakfast was great especially when comparing it to other free hotel breakfasts. I would definitly stay here again next time we stop through Ooltewah.

We had a room reserved here Walked in and the room smelled so heavily of urine and deodorizer, we ended up walking out. Because they were sold out, there were no other options for accommodation. I would never go back to this location again. So disgusting.

This place is wonderful. Room was cozy and comfortable. Free breakfast was amazing! Definitely will stay here again when I am in the area!

The staff was very nice and explained everything we needed to know Check in. The building was very clean including the room and pool area. The continental breakfast was a pleasant bonus.

Great presentation of usual hotel amenities! Rooms were clean and as per website. Staff there were respectful, considerate, and efficient to respond to any needs or concerns. Would gladly stay there again.

It's a nice hotel overall. The two things was the ac made a rather disturbing noise that kept us up and hard bed. Nice staff and clean.
