  The shittiest customer service we had in any Residence Inn ever in 18 years. We just asked for yoghurt for the kids late at night but they said we had to buy it from the market since they “don’t have the keys to the kitchen”. We went to the market place fridge and all they had was some soda, energy drinks and alcohol. Not very children friendly stuff. We travel very frequently and we always stay at Marriott hotels mostly at the residence Inn but we never had this experience. Time to rethink how we redeem our points.

  Gorgeous facility, wonderful staff. Room could have been a little cleaner. Hair all over the bathroom counter, but everything else was spotless. Breakfast in the morning really impressed. Wide range of options and great service!

  I stay in these all over the country. I’ve never been in one this run down.
  
  The room is clearly outdated and in need of a serious cleaning. Because clean, is just not what this room was.
  
  Also, I got no stove. The reason I even stay in this chain is because I usually have access to a stove. This is the first and only I’ve encountered without.
  
  The kitchen was depleted, with 1 pan, 1 pot, nowhere to put silverware so it was laying on the microwave and there was burnt food in both pots.
  
  I won’t be staying here again, any other residence inn.sure.
  
  Stay away from this dump.

  The location is perfect. Located right off the highway and with every restaurant you could imagine within a 10 minute radius. House keeping is helpful. Standard residence inn rooms with all of the necessities.

  The room here was awesome. It had two bedrooms and a living too. It was great ending hotel to our cross country move. Everyone was able to get a good night's sleep and be in their own bed. We even missed breakfast because everyone in our room was still sleeping, which is crazy since the kids like to be up so early. Haven't used the pool or the small golf area they have yet but I'm sure they will be awesome. The hotel at the moment has a lot of Hurricane Irma evacuees at the moment, it's awesome to see the hotel let all the animals in also. Over all it has been wonderful staying here, I don't think we could be any happier with our choice of hotel.

  Easy to find. Convenient to nice chain restaurants. Staff attentive and efficient. Suites roomy and quite clean. Beds very comfortable.

  The staff was very nice and the room was a comfortable place to stay. The pool and fitness center were well kept and very convenient. The issue was that the food in the "market" was very overpriced.

  Staff is awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and wonderful. Facilities very well kept. Breakfast delicious. Coffee was delicious. Social hours Mon - Thurs evenings. Patio with a grill guests can use. Bed was super comfy. Close to many restaurants $-$$$$, grocery, shopping, and tourist locations. Easy in, easy out.

  Everything was ready with our reservation when we arrived. The location was hosting an appreciation night Light snacks and drinks. The rooms were very large and clean.
