We made a last minute decision to travel and really served our room through the Ruby Falls package deal tour. We got an amazing deal for a corner room. We arrived earlier than expected and didn't know what time check in was. I called and spoke with Zach who was very happy to help. He advised me to call back in a few hours to see if our room was ready. We decided to go to Ruby Falls and called after to check on our room status. He told me then he'd have it ready by a certain time and he definitely did. He encouraged our decision to stay another night. It has been an amazing experience. Very clean, very comfy. Home away from home. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and I'd definitely stay again.

This place was great. Clean, quiet, spacious. For hotel breakfast it the food tasted good and there was a nice variety. Really close to some good sites too.

Fantastic stay and we enjoyed the pool. It was the first time my kids stayed at a hotel and they loved it. The beds were soft enough and the a/c wasn't too loud. The walls looked a little faded but still in good shape. Great morning breakfast too.

The holiday Inn express on exit 174 is an absolute joy to stay at!! SUPER CHEAP and clean rooms!!! The front desk clerk was such a life saver and super friendly he found us a room and gave it to us cheap!!! DEFINITELY SATISFIED AND WILL RETURN

Not impressed for the price. Room had no microwave. Room door had light coming in all around it. Mattress was too soft, old and worn out, offering little support. Carpeting in room was old. This hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and renovation. On the up side, breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls! We've stayed in a lot of the HIE's, but quality is highly inconsistent, but I think that's going to change. There are competitors much more on the ball than the Holiday Inns.

Everything from check in to check out was good. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the selection was better than most. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible.

This hotel location is great. I was able to surprise my husband with a weekend getaway to the aquarium. Staff was okay. When we first arrived, the front desk staff informed us that there were no rooms available for early check in, even though the parking lot was empty. I told my husband that it was no big deal, I can just change in the back of the car, and then we can head to the aquarium and check in later. He finally went back inside to speak with the front desk staff and a room magically appeared. The room was clean for the most part, but our sheets were stained in several places. We ended up sleeping on top of the bedspread under the blanket that was in the closet. If you want a quick one night stay with a great location, then this will be a good place.

This was my third time staying at this location and as usual, it was great. The staff are all friendly and say "Hello" or "good morning" when they meet you in the hall.

The young lady at check in was awesome, sorry I did not get her name, but she is outstanding! She even managed to get us two rooms side by side. Thanks for that, it was really appreciated.

The rooms were both very clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was very good, there was a lot of variety and just what we needed before we hit the road again.

One small note, the bathroom needs work - it is showing its age.

Thanks guys for another great stay - you did not disappoint us in any way!

After an incident at another hotel, I called this one after midnight and they were able to get a room to accommodate my family. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your help in giving us a good night rest after an 11 hour drive.

This hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It is clean abd in good repair. The rooms have a refrigerator and codee maker. Breakfast is the usual items. Coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby all day. They have a nice, pleasant staff.

This was a nice hotel, very clean with a hot breakfast included. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. A short walk across the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel and a Taco Bell. Plenty of parking, look around back or for a parallel spot if you want to protect your car.

The staff was very helpful with getting extra pillows and blankets for my son. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned well. My only suggestion is to try and clean the A/C filters better so the rooms didn't have a musky smell. The pool was clean and we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely go back on our way through again!
