Location is great! It's only 5 minutes from the aquarium. The beds were comfortable. The staff we dealt with were helpful and nice.

We had an awesome experience at this property! Upon check in we had a minor personal problem and the Gneral Manager, Rene Baker, went out of her way to assist us. Her above-and-beyond assistance is NOT often found in this day-and-age of travel. This visit marked the end of my business travel week, and the beginning of a mini family vacation. This property jump started our time away with a super positive experience. All the staff was equally friendly and helpful. It's a great little property nestled close to so many Chattanooga attractions. We will stay here again!!

The location was perfect for us. We were walking distance to a Starbucks. The staff was super respectful, professional and friendly. The room was perfect for just my wife and I. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. Overall a great experience.

This location was perfect for my recent business trip. The room was nice and clean. The shower was decent with good pressure (important to folks who travel often). The breakfast was in line with other Holiday Inn Express. Hotel staff was fine and friendly. I'd stay here again if returning to Chattanooga.

Stayed here for three nights on two reservations, and the front desk made that transition easy. Very clean facilities, nice staff. One front desk attendant said hi whenever he saw us. The breakfast was good and hot. The best part was, even though we put the privacy sign on the door since we like to sleep in late, we were left a bag of fresh towels and travel toiletries outside our door every day, which is the first time I've ever had that happen before. Overall, we had a very nice stay here.

Clean room, friendly staff. Room was facing the mlk road and it was very loud. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other places I have stayed. Over all a good value in all things considered.

Nice beds. Pretty clean. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Breakfast was pretty normal. Small tv. Awesome showers. Good parking.

Hotel room is great. The location is walkable to everything downtown. There is some road construction going on a block away which makes the sidewalk situation tricky but that's not a permanent problem - just something to plan around.

Overall good stay. Rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a good mix of food and fresh. The hotel is located very close to many attractions in an industrial park area. However the pool was closed for unknown reasons, so we did not get a chance to swim.

The motel feels secure and pleasant. Their breakfast is probably one of the best having eggs,sausage,bacon,gravy on biscuit an fruits. They make these taco shaped omelettes that are excellent.

Better for a cheaper hotel option, location is a little further from downtown than the other holiday inn. Did not actually stay here - we just went in the lobby. It looked alright - just not as fresh as the new holiday inn express we had just stayed at elsewhere.

Clean room, right on the edge of down town. Good access to all areas of downtown and wick aces to interstate. Good breakfast too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express. This location is near to my company's office and has rapid checkout. The staff is friendly and the breakfast and quick and easy! Rooms are clean and the bedding is great for those of us allergic to down.
