Lovely hotel with an amazing view of Atlanta. Only issue was the bathroom. It was more of a personal preference but the bathtub/shower was very small. I had searched countless photos of the bathroom for this hotel, since I was looking for a luxury bathtub. The photos I searched did have pictures of the bathrooms but none had descriptions of what room to book in order to receive the bathroom I had wanted. Since this was more of a personal reference I will still give this hotel 5 stars since the staff were very nice. Also, since there are no pictures this was the bathroom in a single queen bed room.

This place is amazing! Breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant/bar on the top floor demonstrates impressive architecture. The Westin franchise is always making its guests feel like royalty. Definitely worth returning.

Great hotel in downtown Atlanta. It's a round tower so the rooms are pie shaped. Wider in the living space with the bathroom in the more narrow inner area. This works well to give a good ratio of space for both areas. The rooftop restaurant is supposed to have a great view of the city but I didn't make it up there to see. Meeting facilities were good for the meetings I attended. Road congestion is horrible in Atlanta so the fact it was close to the Atlanta rail system made it easy to get back to the airport. I would recommend the hotel if you need to stay downtown.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Atlanta. Caroline (server) was outstanding and very personable. The cocktails were delicious and ridiculously smooth. The food on the bar menu was definitely the weakest moment of the evening. I ordered the carnivorous pizza and found it to be a bit too salty and over baked. Overall it was a great to a visit. I will definitely visit again since it is in my neighborhood, but perhaps I will order a different dish.

This hotel is Atlanta's landmark and most recognizable skyline building. The hotel is a wonderful experience. The rooms are good and the service is top-notch. Get the right room and your view will be breathtaking. I highly recommend a stay and be sure to visit the Sundial Restaurant while you're there.

I was not impressed. The hotel is beautiful and have spectacular views at the sundial restaurant and bar, but I was disappointed in the room. The tables appeared to have cup ring residue left on them, there was a visible stain on my comforter and hair (not mines or my husband) in the shower. The hotel was running complimentary parking with your stay (there was a number listed to book that reservation) but staff all seemed "unaware" and it was not honored. There were no vending machines for drinks and their bar closed early for bar hours. It wasn't horrible but the worst 4 star hotel, it should probably be rated at best a 3.

Attended a work conference at the Westin Peachtree. The conference room was clean, well equipped and well functioning. The beverage service and the lunch were good, varied and adequate. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and great areas for breaking out and talking.

Had a work conference here. The food was terrible. Taste was mediocre and the kitchen had no idea how to handle basic dietary needs like dairy allergies. Several attendees at our conference got very sick. Wait staff was disorganized and confused. Some tables got dessert before others got main courses. All the dishes at our table came at different times. An overall terrible experience that was repeated 4 meals in a row. Even after our organizers complained, nothing improved. Elevators dedicated to the conference didn't work. Toilets on the meeting floors are way too small.

I was up at the bar, and around the grounds attending a convention. Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff. The top-floor lounge is stunning. I loved this facility. Just adored it. I will stay here in the future for sure.

Parking is pricey, but the bar will validate if you spend over $75. Service was a little slow in the Monday evening with only a handful of guests, and the bar wasn't spinning. I heard there's usually live jazz from a local, not sure if that's true but there wasn't anyone playing when I went from around 9pm to close. Didn't eat, but drank typical $10-$14 cocktails and an overpriced bottle of wine, tasty and not a surprise. The view is pretty cool, but I'd recommend going during the day to fully appreciate it. Also try to wait for it to spin (paused indefinitely) if they ever announce a timeline on starting that again (none of the 3 staff we asked knew when that would be).

The location is great. The rooms were comfortable. And all staff were very kind and helpful. The only thing I was taken aback by was the incredibly high price for per day valet parking. Then if you self parked, which was a little more affordable, you couldn't take your car out for the day. The hotel was in walking distance for most attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Westin Peachtree Plaza. The price of the room is not worth the room. The front desk was polite and very helpful when needed. The valet parking was a different story. We paid $38 a day for valet parking and got horrible service. We waited for at least 30 to get our car. One time they couldn't find my keys. I even saw one the valet drivers driving my car out of the parking deck and when I checked it out the next day, my tank said low fuel. I will never stay at the West in again.

I work in Downtown Atlanta but decided to have a "stay-cation" and stay at the Westin because it Offers the best view of the city.

I enjoyed my stay and the view was amazing! However, I was surprised how small the room and bathroom were for it being a "Super deluxe king". I know you're playing for the view but I was expecting a little more.

The front desk staff were nice and courteous and the concierge was able to help me with a few special requests.

The lobby is on the 5th floor and is somewhat strangely located int he building.

If you're looking for a view of the city this is the best place.

Lovely hotel with great customer service. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. Especially the front desk and concierge. Most notably, the ladies from housekeeping noticed I had a cold and stocked my room with extra tea, water and tissues. I was hoping to have dinner at the sundial but it was closed. So was the pool. Overall, great stay. I would return again. The bathrooms are small but the views are great.

I was here for a conference, but did not stay at the hotel because I am a local. So I can only talk about the meeting space, which was very good. It was easy to find where I needed to go. Access to the exhibit hall, which is in a separate building, is very convenient due to the enclosed walkway that connects the two buildings. The hotel is very close to MARTA station entrances and to many different places to eat. The hotel is also close to some great attractions in downtown Atlanta.
