Place was very clean and staff was excellent. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had away from my own kitchen. They handled our sizable corporate event very well. Service was great, food was a grade above most other places we've been. I dont generally submit reviews but felt that Eaglewood deserves it. We will definitely return!

Long walks to your room but when you do reach it, it's comfortable. Downstairs restaurant is pretty good. Try the bourbon that's actually again in the keg on the bar right there! But make sure they warm it up for you in the glass a little.

Overall definitely liked it. The food at the restaurant was outstanding! The service was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was also very very good. They said the hotel was modeled after Frank Lloyd Wright designs and it shows period in the rooms however the beds were very hard and my room and another family that we were with had ant problems. The convention center there is also really a great place to go. Wish I would have had an opportunity to golf!

My wife and I just held our wedding reception there and everything was beautiful! The food was amazing, the hall was big enough to hold all of our guests and since the hotel was connected, everyone was able to stay with us and celebrate our marriage. The staff was wonderful, understanding and easy to work with. Thank you for making our day so memorable.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a wedding. Beautiful scenery, big and modern rooms, and great food. We also took advantage of the spa (couples massage), pool, and hot tub. Finally, the staff in charge of the wedding was extremely courteous and professional. There were 5 other weddings going on the same night as the wedding we went to, but everything seemed to run smoothly from what we could tell.

Nice hotel. Main restaurant could of been a little more upscale. Sports bar was good and large. Big outdoor fire pit and bands all summer. Pool area average and had mini bowling area and free billiards in another bar area.

Staff was so helpful and friendly and the grounds are excellent. My favorite was the bar staff - Erick and Gerardo were so pleasant; it felt like being in your favorite local bar. We used the informal meeting room near the spa for a workshop and having natural light and more food/drinks than you could consume made us promise to do another workshop there.

Our room was clean and decently sized. There were several outlets on each side of the bed as well as some on the desk. The hotel also provides a fantastic shuttle service where they will drive you to anywhere within three miles of the hotel. This was my second stay there, and I'd definitely stay there again if I have another event near there in the future.

I visited the resort for a conference. The resort is a great place for that type of event with plenty of space. The hospitality of the resort was amazing and the food and service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for other events.

I really enjoyed the hotel However the walk to the room was extremely long and confusing it took us quite a while to find the North Tower a map would have been nice because it was quite the walk I evenwasn't able to find the locker rooms to enter into the pool because there was no signs lots of walking will be involved in this trip which is not a big deal for us but maybe a big deal for others the pool was amazing and was definitely top-of-the-line the spa was great too there is a sauna and a steam room which I enjoyed as well our room is clean the view from our balcony was not very great at all but I'm sure they do have some good views at the golf course which I would request if we do stay a next time the breakfast was good but it was not included and it cost $40 for two people to eat where we could have had the same meal for $15 at a similar Diner without the extra fancy setting I really did like the coffee shop and snack shop for a late night snacks it was OK with the prices but definitely more expensive easy check-in and check-out very clean Hotel no maintenance issues however my husband was up quite a bit during the night because someone was pounding in the Next Room I take it a toilet broke or something we would probably stay again if we were looking to do another overnight locally but would hope we could negotiate a better rate

Disappointing. My new husband and I spent our short honeymoon here and I have to say that overall we were pretty underwhelmed.
More than anything, we were disappointed with our room. We had upgraded to a junior suite. We ended up with a dark, outdated, ground floor room with a weird layout and a view of the parking lot. Some upgrade. Also there was no refrigerator in the room - though the bellman was great - he quickly arranged to have a refrigerator brought to us before we'd even settled. But what kind of suite doesn't have a fridge?
The screen door to the patio didn't work properly, the patio roof was peeling, the coffee table was very rickety. Housekeeping staff were friendly, but there's no way they vacuumed.
The restaurants were both good - though service at breakfast was comically slow and the breakfast buffet was being dismantled by 9am.
The one bright shining star of our short visit was the spa. We both had the 90 minute "Eaglewood Indulgence" massage and it was one of the best massages I've had. The only complaint I have about the spa is that it's in a completely different building a solid 200 feet away from the hotel itself. Fine in the summer, but this is Chicago.
Overall, we might come back to the spa, but we won't stay at this hotel again or recommend it to friends.

We were in one of the event rooms. The venue is very nice, modern, and clean. There is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious with a performance! I would definitely recommend this venue for a social or professional gathering. Only complaint is you have to go outdoors to get to the pool and bowling alley

I was here for a work meeting, and have been at multiple functions at this resort. Everything was great. We had an assortment of breakfast snack/foods, beverages all day, and staff would clear old cups/cans throughout the day. The only knock I had was their chili they served at lunch. They served a very very spicy chili, which I enjoyed, but many others were surprised by. Otherwise, Eaglewood has always been a great resort for our work functions.
