The service was great. Room was always clean. The rooms were nice and big. Location could not have been better. It was right next to the John Hancock building. Loved it, would totally go again. 5 stars.

Breakfast in adjoining restaurant very expensive. That aside, employee at Bell Desk was rude, uncooperative and frankly easily overwhelmed in doing the simplest of tasks! Left our two laptops unattended in the foyer when leaving our luggage in storage. When I asked him to put those away first so they wouldn't be stolen, he was very rude and didn't! I had to stand for 10 minutes while he went "tip searching" carrying other peoples luggage to their cars! Really not a great experience at all. When collecting our luggage later, he collected tickets from those waiting in line and proceeded to deal with the back of the queue first! Waited 15 minutes to get my luggage while parked in a tow zone! Awful service!

Everything about my stay was wonderful. From the excellent customer service, to the beautiful room, was amazing. The bed was just the best! I slept the best that I've slept in a long time. The room was clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views were amazing. And the staff was great.

As always Hilton's in big cities are always a hit! It can never be a bad choice at Hilton. Great location in downtown Chicago. The service here was higher than expected. Maybe because I'm from LA, and service in LA usually is not top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel especially if you're a Hilton honors member.

The staff make this place wonderful. Great location with very helpful staff. Alex the doorman rocks. Natalie at the front desk is very friendly and Drew in the Southern Cut is like a new BFF when you're away from home.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the magnificent mile. The entire staff are courteous and friendly and the facilities are top notch with a fantastic restaurant attached. The rooms are clean and comfortable and everything we need is within walking distance . The view of the beach is astounding as well. Would stay again without a second thought and would recommend to Everyone!

Excellent rooms. Clean. Some of it is still a little dated but overall very nice. The people were helpful and friendly. It was easy to get to and in a great location to get around to a lot of different things in Chicago. Many in walking distance. There is self park right down the street and valet parking also. It's not over the top and there aren't a ton of frills but it's really got everything you could need and the prices are very good too.

The room was wonderful ! The room we had come with slippers and robes along . The bed was one of the best beds I have slepted in as far as hotels go. And if your up in time I highly recommend the breakfasts they have a amazing breakfasts that you must try. The best I have ever had in any hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful . I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Location is perfect for walking to Navy Pier and other sites. Close to some great restaurants. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Only quibbles are no bathtub and the pool has no hot tub (but has a gorgeous view of the lake, and it's clean!) Service so far has been good. Our only interaction has been with the doormen/valet, all of whom greet us warmly.

I absolutely enjoyed my first visit here. Great customer and room service. Amazing views from the room. But I've had a terrible experience during my second visit after 7 months or so. I called the hotel reception to let them know of my early arrival and she confirmed that the room is ready. When i reached the hotel, it wasn't. I had to wait for an hour and half in the lobby as the shower head was broken in the room i requested with a view. Then they let me in the room and the door key was not working. I had to wait for 30 more min again out side the door until the technician reset the door lock. Finally i was in the room and decided to get a shower and to my surprise the shower head was not fixed at all. The technician fixed it the next day. After all this trouble, no apologies from the management.

Nice stay. Did not spend a lot of time in hotel over our 2 night stay. Desk staff and Bell staff very friendly. Rooms are quite nice, 2 room suites. Location is good for many of the downtown things to do.

Fairly nice hotel and good location in the heart of the city. When I checked in, the pool was not in working condition and I was very disappointed. I booked the hotel solely for the purpose of my kids enjoying the pool and to find out after I had to ask where the pool was is unacceptable. I should have been told this when I booked the hotel. Not planning to stay at this property or any Hilton for that matter unless I absolutely have no choice.
