Great placed to stay while you visit the Niagara falls, and other places. Good customers service.

Location was convenient to drive to Niagara Falls and a lot cheaper than the hotels around the falls. The room was clean, but not a lot of amenities, but it was just fine for a night or two stay.

Everything you need in a clean way, sheets are clean, bed is very relaxing, toilet papers, dryer, TV, microwave, fridge. Soap.

I wish I would have read the reviews, because this place is a front. I'm fully convinced they run some type of underground sex/drug trafficking scheme, and what I just researched validates my intuition. I looked into this very problem, and turns out western New York has a significant human trafficking problem. MAY 23rd 2017, 4 men were arrested at a sex trafficking sting, at the Knights Inn, and the DaysInn right on Niagara Falls Blvd. which, guess what?? You guessed it!! Is within a few short minutes walking distance of this very motel!! If you decide to stay here, (ladies) don't go outside alone, and (men) keep your significant other close by at all times. Especially your children!!! The "management" has poor people skills, and he lacks the knowledge on how to properly run a legitimate business. He treated me with such disrespect after just getting off the phone with him for a "mess-up" on their end. They charged my card an extra fee when it was agreed at a set price. He offered me a discount on a room because "the furniture was old" but in reality there was legit dust forming on the surfaces, dead bugs in the corners, HUMAN HAIR threw out the sheets, and bed fitting, mold in the bathroom, and the room smelled like DEATH!!! My girlfriend was spiritually attacked by a demonic force, so having the background I do with demonology, I know that some unfortunate suffering happened in that place; who knows what could of happened. Needless to say we stayed for 20 minutes, and left; we went and slept in our vehicle across the street. If I would have known of all the horribleness associated with this place, I would have not given him any business. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Stay far away from this place. It is a OK place. Rented 3 rooms. Rooms were clean but very basic. Some doors did not work properly. Shower was small but good water pressure. No maid service and no breakfast. Overpriced for $155 a night. Worth maybe $75 a night.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but you will be pleased once you step inside. I checked in with an older Asian gentleman. He was very nice and let me know if I needed clean towels I could pick them up myself if I refused turn down service because only management had keys to the rooms, not the general cleaners. I had a king size single room. The bed was very comfortable with a pillow top cover. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room. The TV was 28" or 32" with basic cable. It is about 15-20 minutes from Buffalo where I was attending a wedding. Anytime I need a room in/near Buffalo or Niagara Falls (American side) I would not mind this great affordable place.

Friendly staff. Great price. Clean. Not to far for everything but far enough that traffic isn't terrible. Would definitely go back again.

The sheets were clean and the room did not smell like smoke. The heat was not turned on yet for the season but they nicely provided us with a small but adequate space heater. The water was hot by didn't get quite hot enough. Overall it was adequate

The room I stayed in was a little outdated, but clean. The whirlpool was clean and functioned properly. The employees were helpful and courteous. They addressed any issues I had promptly. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the off season months in 2014.
