Owner(?) was very nice. Fast check in. Outside of the building leaves some to be desired, but the inside was clean, rooms were clean. Recently updated. Beds were comfortable, more than enough pillows. Shower pressure and water temp was VERY poor. Overall good value.

I was having a rough day so I was very pleased to find that the managers were very warm and welcoming even though they were going through a little bit of a crisis on their own (their maid didn't show up for work). The room was a good value for the price, and the breakfast was nice.

Staff was very friendly, free breakfast was nice. The room was okay; beds were a good size (queen), vanity area was nice, there was a TV and mini-fridge in the room, with a microwave in the lobby to warm up leftovers. The bathroom was TINY and dated. My main complaint was that it was very damp in the room once we turned on the air conditioning, which made staying there quite uncomfortable. We felt icky a lot of the time in the room. Every morning when we woke up our shoes and clothes were damp. Would not stay here again.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The owners were very welcoming and the hotel is within walking distance of the downtown area where there are plenty of shops and food!

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are mostly quite clean. Nice amenities for the price. No sign of bedbugs. I found a couple long hairs in the clean towels. Also the bagels and cinnamon buns for the continental breakfast were completely frozen.

Neat place. The inn was comfy and located at a nice place. We got a nice room with comfy beds and clean bathroom. 7 miles from niagara falls. The breakfast was decent and not stale like the motels.

The place and the owner were very hospitable! It was clean and well taken care of. And the owner had thought every way to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The only issue was the WiFi. There was at least four networks with the same name and the WiFi password did not work for any of them. Maybe my mistake so be aware.

The location is good. Close to everything in Lewiston. However, I was not impressed with this hotel.

The updates in the room are nice. However, the room is dark and smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bathroom is very small, dusty exhaust fan, dirty walls and loose toilet. The mattress was stiff and one of the beds had stained linens. The nicest thing here was the check-in office.

I would not recommend.

I did not post a 5 I star rating for this dump. The worst property I ever stayed at. My stay was exactly 1and1/2 hrs. My wife had a medical emergency and we never went back. Lucky us. The rate was 200.00 on Sun-6/12. Overpriced by 190.00. Yes, you guessed it no refund.
