Staff was excellent- very kind and courteous. The Continental breakfast was a nice touch, I was able to snatch some pastries and head back to my room for a quiet breakfast. Will be booking again next time we go to Niagara Falls!

Really pretty garden area, too. Always a bonus.

I went with my family and was really really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. it is reasonable priced and also the staff is extra helpful and very nice. told my friends and family to make it a point to go there. Thanks alot.

Very clean and cozy. Staff is unbelievably friendly and approachable. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast are definitely pluses in my books. Close to shopping as well.

Not bad at all. Close to the highway. Pretty clean, great wifi, super comfy bed. Just the plumbing in the tub was backing up, which is an easy fix, I think. I have a pet-peeve about standing in the shower, in a puddle. Although, it was mostly quiet, the walls are a bit paper thin when there are any sounds. Non-the-less, the staff was friendly and I would stay again.

Very nice place to stay at Niagara Falls. Though it is 5-6 minutes drive from the falls, it is close to the highway. The rooms are clean and spacious. They serve complementary breakfast and that is amazing too. I will definitely recommend staying at this place.

Bad customer service from the guy at the Reception, the ladies are kind. Insufficiently clean rooms.
The location is not bad, especially if you rent a car. It is a quite place. The bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is nothing special. Not really rich.

Absolutely hated it. Personally, I didn't like what I saw at breakfast. Paper plates and jugs of milk in a mini fridge. Not very clean and the rooms were very small. If you're looking for a high quality place, this is not for you. If you're looking for simply a bed, this will do I suppose.

Clean, Great Location and super friendly staff.
Room is spacious and very nicely decorated. Overall cleanness is higher than in some other hotels.
Fitness room has a stationary bike and a running machine.

Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and fairly new. Breakfast is pretty good with everything you'd expect. I found the room we were in, for 4 people, fairly small but I saw other rooms that would have been better suited for us.

Excellent value overall. The room was clean, well furnished, and had a third bed, which was much appreciated. All the standard furnishings were present and at the very least acceptable. We only had minor quibbles: one wall outlet was dead (there were plenty more), the fitness room was sparse, and the breakfast selection was a little limited. These were all absolutely non-issues, however, and asking for more at the given price would frankly be ridiculous. You already get much more than you paid for, and at good quality to boot. A definite recommendation!

I loved it here. Easily one of my favorite places to stay. It was quiet! Exceptionally. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Secured facilities. Designated smoking areas. 60 minutes to the nearest 7 eleven and Scenic Niagara Drive. About 10 minutes from Niagara State Park and the Falls. Located at the foot of the bridge, right on the Niagara river.

The negatives, a few minor repairs could be made. There was a hole in the wall next to our door. The ice machine was broken, there's no microwaves in the room, but one in the breakfast nook for our use, the in room refrigerator didn't get cold, the duvets should be washed daily. There appeared to be white stains on both sides. We just removed it from our bed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. All rules are laid out from the beginning. There's little tolerance for rule breakers. Breakfast was free, fresh and good. I received my invoice, via email, before leaving the parking lot. Paid upfront, no hidden fees.

This, by my research, was by far, the cheapest priced hotel, without the cheap hotel feel. The bed was very comfortable! And I'd definitely return the next time we visit the Falls. I'll recommend to everyone.

This was my birthday/ anniversary trip. No regrets.
