Location was on a hotel strip right across the airport. It was clean and up to par for the most part. We had 35+ family members for a Christmas party there.

My room was a little dated looking but clean. The drain in the tub did not drain quickly when I took a shower so I would end up standing in an inch or so of water. The WiFi worked but the connection in my room was spotty and when I could connect the connection speed was very slow and would often time out.

Hands down amazing service. We arrived at 2:00AM and were exhausted, and there was an issue with our booking. The manager, Brian, was great at dealing with the situation. He extended our checkout time the next day, and really went the extra mile to make sure that we had a positive experience. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time we fly out for a vacation.

Best place to stay to take a flight at 5am, like I was.
Breakfast is served from 4 am.
Shuttle to airport on demand. 5 minutes wait.
I got $10 parking for a week. I am not sure if this is regular price.
Rooms are big and very clean.
The common areas need an update.

The Days Inn is convenient to the airport with courtesy bus service. The staff is friendly, breakfast is a typical buffet and the internet works well. We've stayed there a number of times. You get a comfy bed and an assortment of pillows. It is an older hotel and the bathrooms could use updating.

Overall experience is better than what I expected. We booked a standard 2 queen room but asked for an upgrade and was bumped to a business class King room at no charge. The suite was very spacious with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean but really needs an update.

We made a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight, which kept us in Buffalo overnight. We appreciated the online deal that I found on my smartphone and the front desk was more than happy to match the lower price that I found. Our room was clean and nice, as was the rest of the facility. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean well kept. The free breakfast was very good and very convenient. It is very conveniently located across the street from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Positives: Able to check-in upon arrival, breakfast included, quiet rooms (despite being literally across the street from the airport), A/C works properly, staff is polite, comfortable beds and coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves in every room.

Negatives: Lobby is very dark, pool smelled strongly of chlorine (which typically means it is not clean), rooms are extremely outdated with dark furnishings that are showing their age, pillows are in desperate need of replacement, and extremely inconsistent housekeeping (see details below).

My visit to this hotel was neither for business or pleasure. I needed a place to stay as I attended to my father's sudden passing for 5 nights. On the first morning of our stay, the housekeeper stopped me in the hall to ask if we needed anything in our room. I was somewhat confused as I expected our room would be serviced each day without needing to be asked so, I told her we'd be leaving in about an hour and she could take care of the room. The following morning she stopped me again as we headed to breakfast. As this was a day I knew we'd be in the room a while, I told her to skip us this once. The next day, we left by 9am and didn't return until after 7pm but, our room wasn't touched. I called the front desk and was brought some items with little apology. Amazingly, the next day, it happened again! Our trash was overflowing, we had no towels, etc. A whopping $10 was taken from my bill.

Great hotel directly across from the airport, offering free long term parking and a shuttle service to the airport, bed was super comfortable, nice bar in lobby, pool, a terrific value and exceeded my expectations. Quick and efficient check in by the one attendant on duty with lots of people checking in at the same time.

Well, 4.5 stars, really. It's an airport hotel, not the Ritz. Still the service was perfect, the room quiet and clean, the bed really comfortable and we left with the memory of a great afternoon in downtown Buffalo. The attached restaurant is standard pub fare with surprisingly great local beer. And a server with a very warm personality.

The entire experience was mostly good. The room, location and amenities were good value for the price point. The only miss was housekeeping's job prepping the room. A quick visit to the front desk got that sorted out though

Awesome staff, i stayed here two nights. The breakfast is good. They have a small pool and a jacuzzi. The gym room could be bigger. The staff here is polite and courteous. The rooms are clean and neat. I love this place. Keep up the good work guys! Totally recommend!

Appreciated their accommodating us to check in late! The rooms were clean and for a great price. We had three rooms and we got to have them all beside each other.
