Not a bad place. Could use a serious rehab as it's really worn though. The pool is nice after a long day of traveling and there are places to eat that you can walk to.

My husband and I stayed here and the room was exceptionally clean. Mario couldn't had been more helpful by telling us our way around town. The falls are amazing and our stay was awesome! I recommend Swiss cottage inn to anyone and when we get out that way again I would definitely stay here.

This hotel can be very deceiving although is not a 5 star hotel the rooms can be cozy BUT the beds are filleddddd with bed bugs! We were able to sleep for about 2 hours till bed bugs crawling around us woke us up. We left immediately. We were able to get our refund.

It was a no frills motel. Inexpensive but they did have a vacancy. Park your car at your room. Pool was outside and clean

This place is amazing
The owners are active in keeping the hotel clean and tidy
It's a hidden treasure for anyone to stay there
We enjoyed it.
Rooms were very clean and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Cozy place. Very clean. Perfect place for budget travelers. Just a few minutes from the falls. Lots of food choices and shopping very near. But what most impressed me was the staff. Mario and the woman at the front desk, I am sorry I did not get her name, they are by far the most honest, friendly, accommodating, absolutely all around wonderful people in business I have ever met in my entire life. There are not enough kind words for these kind hearted wonderful people. If I had a million dollars to spend on a fancy hotel, I would still choose to stay here knowing that the owners are such kind honest people.

Worst experience in my life , more ants , heater is not good , wifi signal strength is very low sometimes u won't get any signal inside room, management they try to resolve but they are helpless .. we are also helpless ..

Myself, husband and step son stayed here for three nights . Although the room and bathroom were small everything else about our stay was great! All the staff from housekeeping to the owner were more than accommodating . I would recommended staying here it was clean, cozy and very affordable. The negative reviews I read I have to say I didn't experience anything bad or dirty. The only downside is the size, but we were there to sleep only vacation is outside the hotel room in my opinion. We will stay here again in the future. Thanks Swiss Cottage!

Room Type - One Queen Standard,
Decent Hotel for the price. Old styled interiors, wooden furniture, small room, CRT TV set, bathrooms are small and no tub (standing shower). Mattress was decent, no bugs etc. Pool is in center of the parking lot so dont think about a swim. Single storied building, so your car would be parked in front of your room. Basically good for a nights stay, anyways in Niagara you would be spending most of your day outdoors. Very close to the falls. Good for the price.response / report this review
