The stay here was great. Nice people working there. Good breakfasts that are prepared by the hotel, never had a single complaint about my stay.

Everything about this stay screamed that they appreciate your business. We arrived on Thanksgiving and the manager's reception was a full turkey dinner. Juicy Bird with mashed potatoes, green beans with almond success, corn, breads and two types of pies. All very tasty and no charge. There were even 2 types of beer on tap if interested. The hotel had Black Friday shopping information available at the front desk. They also had care packages available with an apple, chewy bar, treat and bottle of water available to take when heading out shopping. Comfortable room and tasty buffet breakfast in the morning round out a great stay.

Very nice hotel for families. Very clean and wonderfully friendly staff. We love the 1 bedroom suites. Only negatives I have are really slow wifi and the pull out couch is painfully uncomfortable. I mean literally I'm in pain. I'd give it five stars if not for the last two negative items.

My husband, two children, dog and I stayed here for over a month when we were relocating to the Buffalo area and waiting to close on our new home. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole facility is very clean and the Monday through Thursday dinners are a wonderful addition that's included in the daily rate. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice hotel. obviously newer building overall. has a pool, hottub and even a business center. breakfasts are delicious and there's plenty. the staff is always a delight and they even has a ton of Halloween decorations they were putting up. located VERY close to the University at Buffalo for all athletic and academic needs. The room was much more than I anticipated for the cost. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

The front desk agents of Thursday night 8/17 and Friday 8/18 morning were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are excellent and overall stay was very satisfying. Would easily recommend this hotel to anyone else planning to stay here. The rooms are also very clean and we got an accommodation beyond what we had expected.

The staff was very friendly. Madison and Courtney were exceptional with helping us with activities in the area and making sure that we enjoyed our vacation. The rooms were clean. I appreciated having breakfast and dinner. The stove top, microwave, and fridge were a plus. The amenities were also great to have. I was able to do laundry and work out. The kids enjoyed the pool, however, I thought the chlorine was a little heavy in the whirlpool. Our last night, we experienced a million ants in our room, but the night staff offered spray to correct the problem. I opted out of that option because we didn't want to inhale bug spray before bed. There was a heavy rain that may have brought them in. The hotel was pet friendly, which would have turned me off had I realized that when booking the room. However, I didn't smell anything unusual and the dogs were nice and well behaved. The location was great. Walmart, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping are near. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, very clean, friendly staff. The food and beer in the evening was great and they had a nice breakfast. It didn't seem like there was room service though which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, no complaints

Located a little out of the way, but it is part of a complex with several restaurants and a couple stores. The front lobby is welcoming, and they offer different food and drinks on different nights as well as breakfast in the morning there. Rooms have nice beds with a lounging/living area and a small counter/sink area with a fridge. We were there with friends who had kids, and there was plenty of room thanks to a pullout bed in the couch and enough space for a crib.

The room was very clean and came with a full size fridge, microwave, mini cook top and dishwasher. There was a small pool and hot tub also. Breakfast and light afternoon snack was included. Staff were very friendly. Definitely going to stay there again.
