Nice clean room only minutes away from the airport. With a nice Continental breakfast and free parking for up to 2 weeks. Friendly staff and only minutes away from everything. The rooms are a bit dated and I had to look for a USB port to charge my phone. I found a port on the back of the TV. It still ranks good marks for everything everything else and for the price you can't go wrong.

Had a family reunion over the past weekend.. Simply put, outstanding service, staff were always helpful, house keepers working hard and maintaining a high standard for cleanliness. Rooms have sufficient space, and more Importantly clean. We stayed on the second floor, quick up the stairs from main lobby And not far from the fitness room. Keep it up.. Highly recommend property.

Nice little hotel with some very nice staff and some not! Rooms are a little small but totally fine! Nice newish furniture and overall clean. Best thing was the breakfast without a doubt: Warm mini croissants, scrambled eggs, small bacon strips, mini muffins, warm coffee with condiments and so on. Good price on the rooms, but beware they bump up prices big time in the weekends.

The biggest issue with this hotel is the noise. The walls seem to be very thin and do nothing to block noise from the hall or other rooms. I have never had an issue with noise at a hotel like I did at this one. Heard multiple people complain about noise in the morning. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the highway and the airport. There is a shuttle service for the airport which is convenient. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The quality of the room itself was somewhat lacking in cleanliness but it wasn't a major issue. The biggest thing is the floor was oddly sticky.

One of the nicer La Quintas I have visited. Clean and renovated rooms. Great complimentary breakfast. Pet friendly, but kind of far out of town (this might be a good thing). Good location if you are accessing the airport. The staff friendliness could use some work, but solid spot for the price.

During our trip we stayed in four different hotels and this Quinta was by far the best. It is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable and we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely return on our next trip to Buffalo.

Nice, clean rooms, and really comfortable beds. I only wish there was an elevator - the only two bed room left was on the second floor, so my handicapped mom had to haul up them as best she could. Granted, if we had made a reservation and not swung in around midnight things probably would have been different. Nice breakfast too!

Suprisingly quiet for being near the airport. Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated rooms. Decent Continental breakfast. I'm here periodically for business.

Great hotel for a great price! Odd to have a Webcam pointed at the bed, and the front desk guy was gone for a good 10 minutes when we showed up before we could check in, but other than that, we had a great experience?

The colored woman who was working overnight, was rude, and unprofessional. We arrived and she was sleeping, and when we got her attention, she was out of it, like she was on some type of drug. We asked her for an ADA room, and she said no, your on the second floor and there is nothing available on the first floor and next time, request it before you arrive. The hotel is very nice beside the fact there is not elevator, and the customer service at the front desk is very bad. I will be reporting it to central office. My wife had knee surgery two weeks prior to our stay, and this woman show no sign or sympathy for a person with a disability.
