A must try. One of the best places for wings in Buffalo. Especially on Monday night wing night. Specials are always on point. Try their mac and cheese.

Very thin walls. From my room I could hear the front desk. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Overpriced for what you're getting. For a similar price you can get much better options in Downtown Buffalo.

The Lenox Hotel has a great bar on the border of Downtown Buffalo and Allentown. They have some pretty outstanding wings and a huge craft beer selection, far superior to any hotel bar you're ever attended.

Lenox is a fantastic hotel. No, it's not a huge corporate chain; it's not a Hilton or some other pompus pampered chain hotel. It has history, it is an independent hotel. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are simple and very clean! The Lenox is right downtown and is walking distance to many points big interest. The bar and grill is amazing. For craft beer people, the beer list is massive! Beers are in can; the just got Big Ditch Hayburner on tap. The food is phenomenal and is all done in house. The Lenox is the only hotel I book when visiting!

Amazing experience, great view and wonderful people! Leah stole our hearts and made us feel so at home! ❤️ Definitely will be back, but we’re sorry to see Leah go, and wish her best of luck at her new job!

Its very like old fashion looking as if you are in one of the rooms to a simple Victorian mansion lol its nice I had a foot fetish meeting with a cool lady there

Great location close to downtown and good amenities. Situated in a very nice area with large old homes and mature trees. The building is a great old building with lots of charm and character.(Loved the old elevator) The restaurant/bar has great food and a nice atmosphere.

Good hotel. Clean and comfy rooms. Definitely an older building - you can tell by the style of the rooms. Staff were very helpful with advice on where to go and things to do.

BE WARNED. BEDBUGS. I rarely write a negative review, but I feel strongly that I need to warn the public. We found a bedbug crawling around in the room, and actually caught that sucker in a plastic cup so we could bring it downstairs to show the gentleman at the front desk. He was extremely apologetic and empathetic and gave us large garbage bags to seal all of our belongings in - many of which we unfortunately ended up just throwing out to avoid risking the worst. The man at the front desk informed us that he could not issue a refund and that only the manager could do that (whom happened to be out of town). I e-mailed the manager that day and it took her a few days to finally address the situation and issue a refund. The only nice thing I can say about this place is that it's a beautiful historic building that has been around for over 100 years. The old marble floor in the lobby is pretty. But at what cost? After having to throw out some of our favorite items of clothing, I really don't care how pretty the floors are. I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review, but I genuinely feel I would be doing the public a great disservice to NOT write this.

Fun old hotel. People live at the location, but very friendly and nice staff. If you like old interesting places, stay here!

We had to move the mini fridge in to the bathroom due to the rattling noise that was keeping us awake. No way to control the scalding hot shower water, both faucets provided hot and hotter water. No heating controls in room and the radiator makes loud banging sounds when the heat kicks on. Overall not impressed for the price we were charged. Would not recommend aside from the fact that they are pet friendly. Hotel needs an update and more responsive maintenance staff.

Micheal Masajiski in Reservations was fantastic and front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again. I love the pool and location is so close to attractions and the interstate.

Great atmosphere and decor. Above average food at great prices. Wonderful staff and very personable owner. They will try to accommodate any special orders due to your needs or likes and dislikes. Always a good time and a delicious meal!

Stayed for only one night but definitely enjoyed my stay. Very dog friendly/oriented hotel which I haven't seen much of, but super welcoming. It's like every time I got out of the elevator there was another sweet dog I could pet! The front desk people were always nice and helpful, room was clean and had a beautiful view. Adored how historic it was not to mention affordable! Definitely coming back on my next trip up.
