Great location and very easy to find. The hotel itself was very clean and updated. Plenty of parking and accessibility from both the rear and front of the hotel. The showers are very modern and spacious compared to a tub. The front desk associates are very professional, courteous, and proficient with the check in process. Thank you for a pleasant experience, I will stay again.

The king size bed seemed extra big, the room was clean. It had a microwave, refrigerator and kureg. Staff was super nice. The cookies they give you at check in are so good! Only thing was I couldn't get onto the Wi-Fi.

From check in to check out, I was very pleased with the level of service. My room was very comfortable, and the room for my high school reunion was perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone! And, can't forget the warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival!!!

So far we loved this hotel in Mahwah until last Saturday. We stay at the hotel every year after spending the day at the Renaissance Fair and enjoy a nice dinner at the attached Restaurant Boom Burger. Around 8 pm we walked to the restaurant and were told that we had to pay $ 20 cover charge per person, because there would be a fight on. Not acceptable, but we asked, if we could take food out to the room and the answer was no. We went to the manager of the hotel who was no help, just eventually handed us take out menus from nearby "restaurants". We found out later that the fight was on HBO and did not start until after 11 pm. This is a weekend we look forward to all year and we felt angry and disappointed about the way we were treated. We won't be back!

Convenient location. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation, but it is still nice and clean. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. There is a fridge, coffee pot and microwave in every room, plus coffee available in the lobby 24-7. Boomers, the restaurant attached, can get hopping in the evenings and has a good breakfast buffet. The wait staff are very attentive to the customer's needs.

when I reserved the room I reserved and had a printed out email reserving a room with two double beds. when I arrived I had a king suite, which would be normally ok but I wanted two beds this time. upon arrival, which I was not greeted as a Hilton honors member the gentleman on duty said there was a convention and all the double bed rooms were taken. I asked if the room had a pullout couch. the gentleman on duty didn't know, so I was stuck with the one king bed room. otherwise the room looked clean and no other issues .

Great hotel considering only the room, clean, comfortable, and pretty cute! However, the air conditioning/heater machine wasn't working in our suites, which is a bit frustrating since the price is not that cheap. Also, the restaurant is not a great place. They opened it a bit later than 6 am (but being a business couple, we need to get things done, so the late start caused us a bit of problem). The coffee at the restaurant is terrible; the boss boy can't speak English, and the manager/waiter was late I wouldn't recommand this hotel for the price; you will be served 1000X better with a Fairfield Inn by Marriott for the same price.

The renovations are beautiful. The staff was nothing but excellent and accommodating. The entire hotel was stunning, from design to staff. I have no complaints and hope to return in the summer! Even though it was the winter when I stayed, it was still lovely.
