Good hotel to stay. It is just the surrounding of the hotel, there's nothing. If you decide to stay here then the only food available in inside the hotel. No restaurant around the hotel. You can search in Google for delivery though. The room is comfortable, old but acceptable. Shower was good, hot and cold water running good. Heater working well. TV channels available. Free wifi inside the room. Mini market available at the lobby.

Had a great stay at the hotel during my one week stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However on return to the UK I found that they had taken £242.54 out of my account for no reason. Absolutely disgusted with this and would look to avoid the hotel at all costs. Charging fees for the fun of it without explanation.

The airport shuttle runs every half hour which was really helpful since our flight from California didn't arrive until 1am. I called the hotel to learn the shuttle was already on it's way. The ride to the hotel was fairly long and check in was a breeze. The king bed was great and the room was clean, a good deal for the price. The bathroom fans were incredibly dusty.

Horrible. They put us in a room that had dried blood in three places -- the door, the toilet, and the bedside table. We complained; they moved us to another room. That room was stifling hot and the fan didn't work--wouldn't even turn on; the dial actually fell right off the machine. When we asked for someone to fix the fan, they gave us a key to a third room. We're not asking for much -- sanitary conditions and a comfortable temperature. In the third room, the fan only blew hot air so back to no fan. On top of everything else, the wifi only worked for a few moments at a time before cutting out. Don't waste your money coming here.

Great hotel! Staff at front desk very helpful. Joe was awesome and made our stay so much more enjoyable with pertinent recommendations and suggestions. Servers at Ted's were slow and the bar took forever to get our drinks but the food was good but not really hot. In town for my son's birthday so got upgraded room with a view of NYC.

Friendly staff, a good restaurant and a decent place to stay for the area. The check in process was a breeze. Our rooms were good. Everything looked cleaned and washed. Overall great stay. I would recommend anyone with a overnight delayed flight to stay here.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were subpar. The tub would fill up quickly when showering and the online bathroom pics were inaccurate. Also, the waste baskets had mysterious stains on the outside. The breakfast was just okay, and most of the staff were helpful. One of the shuttle drivers,( an African gentleman), was very kind and helpful, the other shuttle driver, ( an American gentleman), acted as if we were interrupting his day. Overall, not bad for the discounted price but I would've been very unhappy had I paid full price.

Stayed there 1 night due to a airline voucher for a missed flight. Lobby area seemed nice, 10 min from airport, check-in and out was easy. Shuttle was convenient and reliable both for getting picked up and dropped back off at the airport. The room was okay and did the job. Clean bathroom and towels and linens. I think the voucher put the room rate at $80 for the night but I can't say if that was the going rate normally or a deal due to the airlines. I can't say there was anything negative given we arrived and checked in around 1:30am and checked out at around 5:45am the same day to catch a flight. It really does beat trying to stay overnight in an airport which we've done before!

My mother (who doesn't speak any English) got to stay in this hotel when her flight got cancelled. Because of it I called this hotel many times to make sure she is well all set. Each time, the lady that answered (sadly I don;t remember her name) was always very polite and very helpful. My mother had a very pleasant stay, and the people working there were very helpful. Thank you guys! I truly appreciate it.

Very nice hotel. It is so close to Newark Airport, just 5 min driving. The hotel have shuttle bus to the airport. It take 30 min to Manhattan if no traffic, but 1 hour at rush hour.

The negative thing is the hotel located at "cross" of many major highways ( I-95, Rt 1&9, .). it is very very easy to get lost if you are first time to there. May sure check map carefully or use GPS.

Some room can heard the noise of airplane take off.

I stayed here the night before flying to Jamaica and had a great experience. Staff were friendly, arranging parking was easy, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

They have a great food stand in the lobby that had sandwiches, fruits, coffee, beer and wine, soft drinks, etc. The food actually looked good, which I wouldn't necessarily expect from a food place in the lobby of an airport hotel. They're open 24 hours.

There's also a bar / restaurant / lounge downstairs called Ted's. It's convenient to have in the hotel. We didn't get food there, so I can't speak to the quality, but we did get some drinks at the bar and they turned the Devils game on for us.

Shuttle service to and from the airport was easy and quick, about a 5 minute ride. They drop off and pick up at the P4 AirTrain stop. Picking up the car after the trip was very easy - the front desk gave us a voucher that we put into the exit gate and that was it.
