Great place to stay for a trip into the city. Shuttle to Penn station worked great for taking the train in every day. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Rooms are clean and spacious. WiFi has been relatively slow compared to other Hampton Inn locations that I have stayed at. But the breakfast options are better than your run of the mill continental set-up.

Great location. The shuttle will take you right to Newark Penn station if you need to go to NYC. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good; I liked the option of rice and miso soup offered.

This place is what you call great service. Customer service amazing. Staff makes you feel like your home. Everyone is so kind. My family had a great time.

The location is interesting but if you work across the river, it's great. My room faced the river and was quite loud due to the Amtrak and New Jersey rail just beyond. Planes flying by were annoying at times when trying to sleep. Having a fridge, sink and microwave we're great to have so I could store my own drinks and leftovers and heat then up later. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have. If you need the shuttle service to or from Newark Penn Station, you have to call them. They don't drive around all day on a schedule. Great stay, clean and fri ndly staff. Would recommend if you're here for work like I was.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and well run. Not really near anything, but the hotel run a shuttle to Newark Penn Station so you get to NYC via train in 30-40 minutes

Extremely accommodating! The staff was awesome and went out of their way to make everyone happy. We partied till the wee hours of the morning after my uncle's wedding in the lobby/bar area.

So far, loving it herr. I enjoy all the amenities, like the complimentary breakfast, the gym, and the shuttle service. Everyone here has been extremely friendly amd helpful. The room is decent except for a humming fridge, but i like that each room offers a fridge and microwave. So I cant complainsometimes you get one or the other. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its location and service.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff were extremely nice. Chris the shuttle driver was awesome. Breakfast was tasty. Only problem I had was carpet next to bathroom was wet.

Very friendly and assistive staff. The room we booked was originally supposed to have to two queen beds but we were put in a room with only one. We were told it was upgraded because the room had a Whirlpool tub. Not wanting to make a fuss, and also excited because Whirlpool tub, we just decided to keep it. The next morning when I went to use the tub, no amount of fiddling with it would make the Jets work. Other than that there were no issues. The room was very clean and the breakfast offered was full of options! Also really appreciated the hotel shuttle to and from the concert we attended the night we stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

I am a HH Member, so I love giving raves to these hotels!! They are all great and this new Hampton in Harrison did NOT disappoint! The staff was amazing! The cleanliness was great!!!! The indoor heated pool was wonderful. The beds were HUGE and comfortable. And the HOT breakfast was sensational.
