Location is very easily close to where I am working so this made for an easy drive. Also the hotel is near alternate restaurants. Room was clean and we'll kept, cable TV signal kept dropping out while watching Logan and The Kingsmen, especially during the action scenes which was off-putting.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. I have limited mobility and the ADA compliant room was a pleasure. It met my needs but someone traveling alone and using a W/C might have difficulty using the kitchenette. My stay was pleasurable. I look forward to another trip there next year.

Stayed for a very short time at the hotel, but it was great. Very clean, staff was courteous, free breakfast, and I love the comfort of the beds and pillows. I honestly have no complaints, everything was great. We didn't eat much in the way of breakfast, but the bagel and coffee we had were great!

We love staying here, David is a top notch manager, he always goes the extra mile to make sure we have a pleasant stay. Beautiful, clean rooms, friendly staff, and welcoming.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks for work and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast each morning and light dinner fare with drinks during week-nights. Rooms were clean and spacious, with fully functioning kitchen if you choose to cook at "home". I did not venture out into the pool but saw some other guests using the grills outside. Highly recommend staying here.

The room that we got we noticed had really loud and vibrations under the floor. We informed the front desk and without hesitation they gave us the new room on the 2nd floor. It was much quieter and enjoyed the night sleep. The pool is outdoor but it's heated to nice comfortable temperature so kids enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was nice and plentiful with different varieties.

A great, great stay. A 3-star hotel with 4-5 star service. The manager, David, and the rest of the staff are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I was travelling with my 80 year old father and it was perfect (stayed 4 nights). Great room - very quiet and clean. Comfy beds and a great breakfast every day. I used to live 1 mile away from this hotel and can tell you this is BY FAR the best hotel in the area. Kudos to David and the rest of the staff for running a great property.

1ST TIME HERE. GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS!!! LOVED THE SET-UP! IT ACTUALLY HAS TWO FLAT SCREENS IN THE ROOM. ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA. AND ONE IN THE BEDROOM AREA. I WAS ABLE TO COOK ON A STOVE TOP. THE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE AN OVEN!!! I WAS READY TO BAKE---I COULDN'T BUT, I STILL LOVED IT. IT HAD A SOFA BED, ALSO. AND I LOVED THE FACT THAT YOU COULD LOCK THE DOOR BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREA. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. LOVING THE FACT THAT I FOUND IT! AND I CAN RECEIVE POINTS ON MY HILTON HONORS ACCOUNT

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The last two times the rooms on the bottom floor by the doors smelled of smoke so they moved us with no hassle. Debra at the front desk upgraded our room for free this time. The breakfast is very good for a hotel breakfast. A lot of options. I will be staying at another location for business several times more this month and hope it is just as good. The room rates are very reasonable for the size of the room and hotels around her and upstate New York usually won't accommodate our family even though our three children are all under the age of four.
