Poor room quality, toilet didn't flush, wet carpet, peeling paint from water damage near window, elevator was very slow, place smelled like pot, broken coffee maker, cockroaches in the dining hall on the counter, breakfast wasn't a meal at all. Need to put alot of work into the place before I will ever stay there again.

HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! My family and I were in a bad fire where a lot of people got hurt. They were suppose to give us a red cross discount and they rudely denied it. So we used the Red Cross money and paid full price. When we decided to pay full price it was $70 more that the price they tell you on the phone and online. So instead of $83 plus tax it was $153 plus tax per night. The front desk was rude and had a disgusting attitude, they look at you with so much hate. But we were so tired we really didn't care at that point. Once we press the button for the elevator we had to wait literally 30 minutes for the elevator to come from the fourth floor to the lobby. After that long process in the lobby, we immediately smelled weed when we entered the elevator. The room was even worst! It had a dead guy smell. The big red sheet that was on the bed was all tore up and smelled as if it hasn't been in a washing machine for years. The cabinets were all broke and could barely be opened because they had no handle. Dust was everywhere and our curtains would not close so we had people from the outside looking. I at least thought that the free morning breakfast would be good. But the minute I went to serve myself some coffee a roach fell into my mug while I was pouring it. The WIFI is horrible and when you sleep it feels as if there is something biting you. I even ran out of toilet paper and they refused to give me some until room service came the next day to clean my room, but by that time i had already went and bought my own.The room service is super polite but that was the only good thing. And if you want to wash clothes I suggest you find the nearest laundry mat or have a lot of change because they only have one working dryer and two washing machines that require 6 quarters, but they REFUSE to give you change in the front desk. It is just the worst hotel I've ever been to honestly.

Bruh roaches were everywhere no exaggeration. There was a mouse in my pizza box bed bugs and coagulated blood on the ceiling above the bed. I sat my drink down and when I picked it up a roach was in my drink. Do not waste your money.

There is nothing good about this place. Smelly rooms, unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, even the water tastes funny.

The location was fine I suppose, however the building itself looked like it needed a great deal of updating. It looked old and the elevator smelly. The room was clean from what I saw and the people at the front desk were pretty nice also. I was not there over night but what I saw it was an ok place to stay. If need be I suppose I would stay there over night but would not be my first choice.

Stayed for a night only. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms looked above average. The lobby had a strange smell. The breakfast bar is just average in terms of ambiance. For the price paid did not get the satisfaction of well spent. One thing I found odd was the coffee maker placed in the bathroom!

Worst place I've ever stayed in my life! The entire Place smelled like pot! The carpet or Rippling up and had debris all over them. See me later days. There was garbage in the elevator. The air conditioner systems did not work in the rooms. The there were Blobs of white stuff all over the curtains. It looked like someone threw up in the room and it was never cleaned. Muhammed the security guard, kept me very safe the entire time that I was there. He walked me directly to my room kept me away from getting into an elevator with three gentlemen that have been causing trouble throughout the hotel for quite a long time. I have never felt that unsafe in a hotel room ever! If I could give it a - 10 I would give it that. The doors did not even fully shut. You had to slam them shut in order for them to shut. The lock on the top of the door would not even latch in order for there to be a second layer of protection of someone trying to get in your room. And in the middle of the night someone actually did try to get in my room. The front-end staff , especially the older woman with black hair, was rude, unkind. Heartless. And proceeded to treat her employees as if they were chattel! She did not give one care in the world that she was treating people like the dirt on the bottom of her shoes. If you ever have a chance to stay there run Away

Not friendly, or clean. Full with pestillente. If you want people in your local area to give you business. Please give the respect and kindness to them.

I recently this past weekend stayed the night at this hotel. I have been to quite a few Ramada property hotels across the United States. I would say this one is a lower end hotel of this brand. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to any families because the area is pretty sketch and appears to be a bit unsafe. If your a single person with someone else or or significant other and just there or a night or two just to have a place of rest. This is the place for you if you are on a budget. They have free parking, "wifi" ( it didn't work for me) and breakfast. The breakfast is pretty basic but its decent. I can't say the staff is the friendliest!

This hotel is mediocre at best but if you just need a place to rest your head, this will do just fine.
