The breakfast buffet and customer service is terrible. Nancy needs assistance with her in-person and telephone customer service skills and attitude. Improvement with feedback regarding lost and found items are needed as well. I reported by lost and found items on the website as instructed. I called on Monday to check the status and was informed, no one has looked into it. I asked, if I can come up there because I'm not local and I was sure I left the jacket in the closet and the representative informed me no, someone will call me by the end of the day. I called on Tuesday and Wednesday and was informed someone will call me back. As of Thursday, 03:18pm no one has returned my call, so I called and Nancy answered the phone with an extremely bad attitude.

Enjoyed the stay. The room and facility was clean. The staff and shuttle service were extremely friendly and convenient. Great location if visiting SMU and the shuttle will take you there. Would have given five stars but my room wasn't ready on time. They did offer a couple cocktails while we waited and we're apologetic. I will stay again.

I realy enjoyed my stay at this location. The front desk was very friendly. The rooms have RFID locks on them so you can use your phone if you like. The rooms seem like they were recently updated. great lighting, plenty of power ports and great sound insulation. rarely heard the elevators or my neighbors. If I had to complain about my room I would have to mention I was a little annoyed by the shower that didn't keep all the water in. frequently had a big puddle on the floor to step out on. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I always enjoy a buffet with has Lochs and capers. I will visit here again.

This is a hotel that I have stayed at before. They've updated the main level in the part year with a clean and modern feel. Front desk staff is very warm and welcoming with great customer service. The staff in the hallways were friendly but not as warm. Room was clean and didn't have any problems. Don't care for the $5 water bottles on the desk in the room, but that's personal opinion. Overall it's a lovely hotel that I would recommend to those in the area.

Why does my nice hotel room sound so damn loud? Because the AC system is cranking just outside and the windows are poorly insulated. I came here to sleep but it sounds like a vacuum cleaner and a mosquito are dueling in the room. Also, there are vomit remnants on the phone and wall. Eww. When I complained they told me nothing could be done about the noise and the mess, it was salsa. Yeah, either way gross, but vomit has a special stank and this is the real deal. Just find somewhere else to stay. Not worth the cookie.

A lot better than my last stay! Rooms and needs have been updated, but have heard lower floors have a lot of road noise. Good service and slept well during my stay

I was there to show my son around. They were nice enough to let us see the rooms, which was very nice. The restaurant there had some good food and they public bathrooms was very clean and smelled very good. My wife had conferences at this particular hotel and she was very satisfied. Overall, I give this hotel a perfect score.

Everything was great except the 1 ply toilet paper. Had a free breakfast included which consisted of an all you can eat style buffet. Had good options. Staff extremely friendly. Stayed for a week for business and would do it again.

Excellent service and very nice accommodations. Perhaps the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The complimentary cookie didn't hurt their rating either. It was delicious.

Quick overnighter. Nice room. Slept great. Appreciated the shuttle service to Cassia's (which was recommended by the front desk).

I have come to this hotel twice for a conference and both times we booked a room here. Both times had less than stellar help, and the rooms felt over priced as they were base line with no amenities. WiFi was extra, there was no free breakfast, and it was still expensive. And as far as the hotel, it can be very easily be overwhelmed by events. Also, we were there during a power outage and the hotels stairs were practically hidden. Members of my group stumbled around in the dark. Apparently the lost-in-found system cannot be easily checked if you have lost something.

If I had to list positives, the rooms and bathrooms and okay and there are better places to eat around the hotel.

I am still very displeased every time I have to go to that conference, because of the hotel.

THE. WORST. I left at 9 a.m. and the hallway was bustling with housekeeping carts, it's reasonable to think your room will be fresh when you get back. Nope. But surely, no matter how many rooms there are to clean a two night guest can expect that housekeeping will show - I noticed the cart servicing the room next to mine, then across from mine .. but then it disappeared. I called guest services and was told someone would be right up. So instead of kicking off my heels and relaxing I sat and waited. and waited. an hour goes by. I call again.. so sorry, someone will be right up. Lies. two hours later someone finally came up. at this point I just want a fresh towel and move on - unacceptable for over $200 a night. If you are a business traveler don't come here.

Welcoming from the valet to the cleaning service. The location is ideal if visiting SMU. Love having the wine hour during the weekday afternoon and the on-site restaurant has an amazing breakfast. Love the boutique size of this hotel. By the time we left, they knew by name and car on before even handing them the key tag. Very personal service. Enjoyed the bar area while watching college football on Saturday night. Overall an excellent stay and we plan to be there again soon.
